Spirit Guide Encounter?

Hello Robert!

This is probably one of my most memorable RT OOBE experiences.

One night while resting I became disturbed by the blaring TV in my living room which had been left on. I knew I needed to go and switch it off but paralysation and total body relaxation had set in preventing me from doing so. I got out of bed, walked to my living room and pressed the TV on/off switch only to find that it didn't turn off. I remember saying, 'that's odd' to myself as I reached behind it to turn it off at the plug socket. Again, it didn't switch off. This confused me completely as it seemed to defy physics. I then turned round to see a woman sitting on my sofa. She was looking right at me with a friendly smile, and she seemed to be following close by every time I walked around. Without even saying 'hello - who are you?' I simply asked her if I was 'out of my body' to which she smiled and answered 'yes'. I must have returned to my physical body at that point because I do not recall anything else happening.

Here are some questions for you:


1. Do you think this lady was my Spirit Guide?

2. How come I seemed to ask her a question without knowing who she was?

3. Is there a way of meeting her again?

Do not attach to form, meaning, do not attach your beliefs to anyone or any thing, particularly during obe.

Develop your beliefs through personal experience.

There are no shortcuts.

this woman was not your spirit guide. I do not know who she is.

You could probably 'intend' to see her again, if you wanted to.

Seeing her must have sparked a realization in your that you were out of body. this is quite normal.
