1st experience - now what?

Hi Astral Dynamicists,

About a year ago, I had a spontaneous Kundalini experience. I had woken up during the night (I don't sleep all that well sometimes) and was lying awake when I suddenly felt a channel open up from my root to crown chakras. I could feel energy rushing up through this channel and could almost see it in my mind. I was fully awake and had plenty of time to actively think about what was happening. I hadn't meditated for years and my mind wasn't totally clear but was reasonably quiet at the time. I guess the whole thing lasted a minute or two, I find it hard to remember how long.

Since that experience, I've had nothing similar. I have now started doing Robert's energy work and am meditating, eating well and exercising (things I wasn't doing at the time of my 1st experience).

Can anyone tell me what else I can possibly do to continue my Kundalini journey and what I could reasonably expect to happen next, if anything?

Thanks guys. I found that article after posting my topic. It was very helpful. I guess the key is to not have any expectations. Just keep up the energy work, etc and let it happen
