My question is this In chapter 6 you talk of long meditations 2-4 hrs. you said to brush your feet. Is this with your hands or pillow or start brushing and just use tactile imaging sensation? Thanks for your time & Namaste!!!

Whenever i say 'brush your feet, or hands' I mean to use body awareness tactile imaging brushing action.
