Yin is sometimes also related to the "left" mostly left brain stuff, and in my meditation and energy work, I have found that meridians on the left side of my body are unused and hurt when used often as opposed to the right side of my body, I think this says something about my current thought.
Being left-handed is also related to creative thought, art, music, ect - infi... Abstract thought..
Well, I've notice that when Vase Breathing via Lama Yeshe's "The bliss of Inner Fire" There is something I have not been doing, or should I say "not doing" The surrender that many speak about, lettign the technique take over and do itself in a way, trusting yourself enough to let go, not grabbing at the experience itself.. That is the hard part and forcing changes invariably has run me into walls.
I suggest the secret smile meditations, Zazen, and letting go into whatever technique you attempt. Good luck :)
