So what exactly does the term astral consciousness mean? I found a website here that gives tons of information about astral consciousness, but I wonder what it really means in just a phrase or a sentence. Here is the link:

If I were to define astral consciousness, I would define it as follows: "The state of consciousness you possess when you are having a nonphysical experience. How you process data and emotion at the time of the event". It can be very clear and joyful to muddy and confusing, because of your emotional state and energy quotient.
I saw that in many of the definitions the word joy was used to characterize astral consciousness, but I think this is not entirely accurate, because in my experience it is associated with the awareness that consciousness is more than the body, and this 'gee-whiz' feeling fades if you make AP a routine or frequent part of your life.
