"walk thru" info from book?

Where can I find these notes? I don't recall this ref in the AD book?

It's not in AD, it's in Mastering Astral Projection. IDK what page in, because my edition may be different than others. This refers to getting up and walking around the place where you plan to go to when you do separate.
