Last night before I went to sleep I recognized I have a problem with one person in the sense that I am too enmeshed with her. Before we went to sleep my husband and I discussed (mostly I talked, he listened, lol) my problem with this person, how it came about, etc., and as I went to sleep I asked for help in disconnecting emotionally from her. I started a 'blue room' meditation but fell asleep before finishing it, and had a normal night of sleeping. Until the morning when I began to have the typical 'falling asleep within a dream' scenario dream that I had in clusters some time ago, and it devolved into this:
I was having lunch with my husband and son when I started to get so sleepy I couldn't stay awake. In my 'dream memories' I recalled this had been happening in the past week or so- I would eat, then lose consciousness, and then I would wake up in another place, usually in the car, while my husband and son were somewhere else doing something physical.
This started to bother me as it had become a trend now, and I didn't like the loss of control, so I planned to make my next meal all protein so I would not get drowsy and lose the plot again. After we ate I started to feel the usual drowsiness but I fought it, and only lost consciousness briefly... and then now we were in a room, with a checkerboard wooden floor, and there were a group of people in this room. My son was outside in a field doing who knows what and my husband was in the room talking with a woman in the place. They were playing some sort of game and I immediately knew that my husband was carrying on with her and it had been going on ever since I had started going to sleep all day. I did not feel angry, in fact, felt nothing, but at the same time I decided to take some action.
I walked into the room where they all were, and they were playing some game like paintball, because they had fake guns and there was some blue ink all over the place. I located a gun and put real bullets in it (don't know where I got them, but they were there, lol). I immediately pointed it at this woman and shot her in the chest, easy. Then I took the gun I had, grabbed a rag and wiped it clean. Then I put it back in the pile of other guns that were there from the game, and waited for them to discover her. There were lots of people running around, and when my husband saw her on the floor dead he did not react, and I wondered about that, as if she wasn't important. Then people began running around and freaking out and I just stood there talking to the owner of the house, who was more worried about getting the stain off the floor than about the dead woman on it.
I remember telling him to wash it with bleach, and his words (which I remember verbatim) were "the floor is not supposed to be washed with water, it'll ruin the finish" to which I replied something like "don't be stupid, wash it first, dry it and then refinish it". I woke up completely without affect. No emotion, no anger, no fear, no nothing, a technician, so to speak-completely uncharacteristic of me.

ps. I never saw the woman's face, but her hair looked suspiciously like mine.

Someone has reclaimed a soul fragment from the dreamer, hence waking up feeling "uncharacteristic."

This morning I was having a discussion about my employment options with a guide. A woman, indeterminate age. I remember telling her about my last two or three jobs, and woke up before getting the advice about what to do next.

Another guide, a completely different lesson, completely ahead of where I am in waking reality.
Before going to sleep, I was doing a centering space meditation (step 5 in Bardon's IIH) and found myself in a landscape that was dark, with starts (love those stars)- I could see the moon and there might have been an ocean or watery ground. I then went to sleep, and proceeded to dream. The last one (started in the middle of the night, went on until I woke up) in which I was with a male guide who was showing me a book. In it he was showing me a list of the beings he was in control (or worked with). He gave me a long list of names (of which I have mostly forgotten) and told me that one of the beings had left him (or he had lost him or given him up) but he had acquired two new ones. The name started with A and ended in iel or ial.
Then he told me that I should study astrology to find the beings that were friendly to humans.
I then woke up, and tried to close my eyes to see 'consciously', and had the usual starfield I used to see often a long time ago. I looked at it as much as I could and then completely awoke.

The name started with A and ended in iel or ial.

"A" = Alpha, "I am Alpha and Omega" says the Lord in Revelation. "iel" means "is god(s)" or "is elohim" in Hebrew. "ial" has a similar meaning elsewhere, in Arabic, which also simply means "is the [one who is]" {I AM}

The dreamer has had conversations with God, how blessed! The dreamer/seer is being taught the true nature of the universe, in which we are not alone, nor are we the only intelligent physical species. One of the constellations to avoid is Alpha Draconis.

This dream had to do with a house that is not actual, marble floors I didn't see until I cleared away the garbage, and the theme of 'common ground' with my husband, and our decision to acquire it. It was symbolic and personal, so I'll keep it vague.

For the past few nights I've been having horrible nightmares. Two nights ago it was all about being in a different country and vulnerable, and I woke up in terror of what I was hearing (screams, violence, suffering) while I tried to shield my child from it inside.
Last night it was better- I had a couple of dream/projections in which I forgot what I learned immediately, and wondered at the level of activity that stopped making sense the minute I 'looked at them' with my conscious mind. I did this most of the night, and woke up knowing that I learned a lot last night without actually consciously retaining anything- it was for my 'other' mind.

I was dreaming about something when the dream changed into me reading a paper. I was reading it in a language I cannot identify. The headline said something like "The Greek Man raises the vibration as he submits the paperwork". "The Greek Man" is my interpretation of the one word used- like "El Greco" but not that. Then I went on to have other dreams, and early in the morning I had another experience I have forgotten, but will come back to it if I remember.

I remembered. This one was before the 'greek' paper dream. I was touring a place in the water (like on a boat, I've had similar dreams before, where I drive on a boat and see sceneries, like a ride. I came upon a scene in which was a Hermetic temple, and it was 'labeled' as such, but I was surprised, because everywhere there were golden Indian Buddhas everywhere meditating, and there were no egyptian motifs of any kind. I wondered what this meant. I was talking to someone in the boat with me (a fellow traveler/watcher) and I was telling him that I always visualized people into this as robed with wands chanting in Hebrew, which is why I was surprised to see this eastern iconography, straight from a buddhist temple that uses the thai/hindu style buddha statues. It was beautiful but perplexing.

I was touring a place in the water (like on a boat, I've had similar dreams before, where I drive on a boat and see sceneries, like a ride. [Water = sea of consciousness, the dreamer's inner world, wet like shakti, the water destined to be reunited with fire, a feminine world, related to the conscious erotic ego, especially since it is at the surface, not in the depths of unconscious non-ego.] I came upon a scene in which was a Hermetic temple, and it was 'labeled' [consciously denoted, as opposed to unconsciously hidden] as such, but I was surprised, [Unconscious contents are not expected to appear with conscious realizations] because everywhere there were golden Indian Buddhas everywhere ["Everywhere" repeated twice foreshadows full conscious realization of universal validity of Buddhism] meditating, [Gold denotes universal divine perfection. The mingling together of universal {"golden"}, Hermetic {Greek}, Buddhist {Middle Eastern, Japanese, Chinese} together represent those truths that are yet to be fully realized as valid Wisdom traditions in the dreamer's conscious mind, which the unconscious Animus is presenting to her. These motifs are all related geographically with the so-called "eastern hemisphere" of the world, which is the natural location for unconscious contents to reside for an American 'westerner.'] and there were no egyptian motifs of any kind. [The dreamer is already conscious of valid Egyptian power, {wielded by human priests I might add, NOT idols} since the dreamer is a Christian and has probably read the account and heard the sermon where Egyptian priests turned staffs into snakes countless times, connecting Egypt directly with realized 'western' ego consciousness.] I wondered what this meant. [Contrasting consciousness with unconsciousness, learning to "Know Thyself" fully instead of partially] I was talking to someone in the boat with me (a fellow traveler/watcher) [The dreamer converses with her Animus, contrasting her conscious perceptions with his unconscious contents] and I was telling him that I always visualized people into this as robed with wands [The archetypal originator of the symbol of the magic wand was Moses' Rod of God, a real artifact that shocked its image into the collective consciousness of humanity in the deepest of ways, naturally appearing in the hands of people speaking Hebrew.] chanting in Hebrew, [Past conscious assumptions about valid spiritual paths reveal themselves as incomplete, being devoid of valid unconscious contents.] which is why I was surprised to see this eastern iconography, straight from a buddhist temple that uses the thai/hindu style buddha statues. It was beautiful but perplexing. [The final words of Aleister Crowley, a famous western occultist as well as an eastern yoga practicioner, were "I am perplexed." This is understandable since he knew that the eastern traditions were valid, but did not realize how to separate western, unconscious projections of the devil from them, or that the devil was such a projection, and neither did Carl Jung, though his methods make it possible to do so. Whatever the light of Consciousness fails to shine on automatically becomes dark, cthonic and evil. The answer is the 'golden' oneness, the perennial philosophy, wherein the next step is taken as the 'other' is realized by the conscious mind to be Self, baseline consciousness expands in an inner Transformation to encompass the whole of conscious and unconscious contents and Individuation approaches as Ego and Animus, the black and white of yin and yang finish mixing with each other to become a uniform grey color, the color of the Tao. The light of Love shines in the darkness, the shadows disappear, and perfect Wisdom is found standing upright as He leaves His eastern corner He had cowered in for far too long, infinitely grateful that noone is calling Him the "devil" anymore. Even in Genesis, as God looked on his finished creation, "God saw that it was good."] {Since the dreamer is a female, Wisdom should appear male, as he would take the place of her Animus, which has a male form. For men, Wisdom will appear female.}

Last night, I dreamed I was (we were) in a very tall building, and I was jumping around in the balcony when I realized this might not be a good idea, although it was a concrete balcony, in the fourteenth floor (my mother in law lives in a fourteenth floor and has a balcony, so this is where this image may have come from). I then moved closer to the opening where it's closer to the body of the building and resumed what I was doing.
Later on there was some food distributed and my son took a bite. We were in the building waiting for something to pass, and I felt the building wobble, and wondered if it was a good idea. It was, whatever it was passed.
Today in the morning news, there was a report on the safety of balconies and decks. I found this curious, considering how my first dream started.

I was someone else, and was having a problem with alien abduction flashbacks. The way it was, my husband and I had a young son (a toddler). I was having dual experiences, and wasn't sure what was real. I would be in the house and all of a sudden our son would start screaming and I would start to see, as in a clairvoyant vision, when I closed my eyes, aliens coming and grabbing us. With my eyes open I couldn't see anything but our 'regular' existence, and we were afraid, it seemed only our son could 'see' the aliens in real time- I had to close my eyes. We then were in a parking lot or something like that, when our son started screaming "they're coming, they're here!" and I could see aliens surrounding us. So my husband and I grabbed our son and started running from where we could see they were.
At some point someone, a 'UFO Investigating' group, showed up to 'help' us- I remember feeling very relieved that they were here, although I can't imagine what they could do to stop it. The dream ended there.

Had a variety of dreams, but the one that stands out is this:
The dream had started as some sort of retrieval episode, where my son and I were retrieving people who were passed into the next thing they were supposed to do, and I knew we were not physical. It seemed that there were many people needing this help. We were going over a bridge and we fell in the water as we were carrying the people that needed help, but I knew we weren't in body and had nothing to worry about. Then we reached the place we were trying to get to, and it was a large 'welcome center' type of place.

I awoke and then went back in, and we all were in this center, and most of my family was sitting on a table. In front of me were my mother and grandmother, and some other people. In the middle of the conversation I realized that my grandmother was supposed to be dead, and there she was. It was kind of a moment of lucidity. I told my mother "she's here!" and my grandmother, laughing, embraced me. I kind of flinched because I had read that dead people didn't like to touch the living for some reason, and she thought this was hilarious, and hugged me harder. I then, when she let me go, realized that I was talking to my mother, who is also passed (my grandmother passed two years before my mother) and then I realized that I was in a kind of 'afterlife' area.
I looked around to see if I recognized anyone else, and there was a man that said he was my father. I went to hug him and say hello, but then I realized this was not him, he looked 'wrong'. Then he started laughing and said he wanted to 'join us' and I said no. I then pushed him out the door. He tried to come back in and I pushed him out again. Then I woke up again. Last night was not good for sleeping, and I slept in two hour increments. Because of this I also had lots of liminal experiences (messages, voices, and other experiences that I have forgotten. I was given two names, one being 'Mia' or something like that (a female two syllable word) and the name of a place, that I've forgotten.

Had a version of a recurring dream- I was given a beautiful house and was occupying it, when I remembered that sometimes we share a portion of the house with someone else. Even though in these dreams the other 'person' is hidden I can tell they're living 'there'. In this version that was the same, but at the same time it was different as we had run of most of the house. It was beautiful and well kept, and I had no trouble with the concept of the other occupant. I could see behind 'their' door (his?) that the light was on, as I walked past the hallway that led to his door.
A difference here is that I was not intimidated by the concept of getting 'too' close to 'him'.

I was being taught how to replace one memory with another. The first one was putting in pictures over the old ones enough that would cover the old one (like cutting and pasting the old fashioned way) and the second one was substituting one word with another that was as long as the original or slightly longer, but not much longer so it wouldn't disrupt the timeline. (Whatever that means). It was a visual exercise.

Three dreams in a row, my recall is not so great on the second and third one.
I was in a house similar to the house I grew in. In this one, the symbology is obvious.
I was in the back of the house, and saw a snake come in. It 'kind of' looked like a cobra, but I never saw a hood. I wanted to warn the occupants of the house (my family, but they were not all the same people I'm related to) that there was a snake in the house. I wanted to stay with it (but not too close to it) and go tell people about it. This caused confusion in my movement. The snake started moving up the hallway and I started yelling at everyone that the snake was coming to where 'they' were. The snake continued advancing and eventually reached the front room. In this front room there was a young boy, shaped like a toddler but around four feet tall. It was a 'gigantic' toddler. The snake jumped up at him and started to attack him. I couldn't rescue him because there was an invisible barrier between us. Like invisible boxes. I screamed and screamed and I could see the snake's huge fangs trying to bite him (but not succeeding). Then my mother, younger than I'm used to, jumped into the scene and peeled the snake off the boy, and at this point I woke up.

I got up, and did my usual middle-of the night rounds (bathroom, water), walked around, saw it was lightning (but not thunder, it was far away) then went back to bed.
Another dream, this time there was a snake in the house (our house) and it was trying to bite my son. I again tried to intercept it but again was held back, and this time I could see a little rattle on the snake. This one was a bit smaller, but still very big. He fought it, and eventually the snake went away, and the dream turned into other dreams then.

The dreams after that: I was in a house that had some sort of furniture that was 'haunted' and kept rearranging itself a certain way. There was something 'wrong' with one of the pieces, it was one of those 'tudor' pieces that look like it belongs on a little girl's room, but there was something 'wrong' with it, some kind of witchcraft. I was the only one who could see that. The dream then transitioned situationally, if not geographically- it had to do with the family business and my having to go to a meeting to deal with two men, one a relative, the other a lawyer, and a crazy woman, who was trying to force us to cash a savings bond she had brought in to our 'store'. She spoke disjointedly and made no sense. I tried to speak with her, and realized she was incoherent. We refused, and she was very offended, insisting it was her signature on the check/bond, and eventually left when I nixed the transaction. The 'lawyer' (in the dream, may have been my animus) said we didn't have to accept anything we didn't think was on the up and up. Even though she was insistent we accept it, she finally relented when I said no, and she finally went away. I then woke up, a few seconds before it was time to get up, but when I tried to get 'back there', the alarm went off.

Later on in the morning my husband dreamed there was 'something' trying to get in the house and I was trying to keep it away. He woke up, creeped out, and needed to walk around to calm down again.

Working on my grandfather's house.
Was redoing the floor, and had a large crew of people working at raising, surfacing and balancing the floor. Started flying in the middlle of the operation (by jumping over the newly-laid floor) and continued to glide over about a foot above. Could see how the crew had cut a carpet to get the shape right, and I thought it was sloppy. One of the workers (a female foreman) was yelling at someone else for going off and getting smashed instead of working. I was amused at this, and continued to glide over the work. Then a song came on the radio 'Rock the Casbah' by the Clash, and we all started dancing to it, and I thought these were the moments people worked for, and woke up with the alarm.

Earlier in the night I was dreaming about being in a temple that was being threatened by demonic forces coming from the outside night surroundings. It looked like a shinto temple, but I could feel the evil trying to get in, and then I invoked the power of Hindu deities (one with wings, I don't remember which (or if there are any) and the forces of the Hindu deities reconsecrated this temple and now it was invulnerable. I'm going to look this up to see if it makes sense to me.
I'm not sure about what the symbolic content of this dream is about, but the feeling of 'goodness and holiness' was very strong and uplifting. Why the temple looked japanese is a little confusing to me, but it was not Buddhist. Go figure.

This one was weird.
I was at my house (prob. a version of the house I grew up in, but with more rooms). We were trying to put more beds in my bedroom, and I was trying to decorate it with a turquoise blue chair in a corner. I was insisting to put it in a specific corner (it seemed to be important that it go there) and then someone (my mother, or a mother figure) came in and told the people that were arranging the furniture to do it differently. When they were done, the layout made more sense, as I was trying to get the beds to fit at the wrong angle for the 'new' rectangular shape of the room, and she had them put the beds in line with the long side of the room. Then it all went perfectly. There were four beds in the room, but there were only two of us sleeping in it. (The room was for three, but someone was out of it at the moment), so I don't know why the extra bed.

After that job was done, I stepped away from the 'just rightness' of it and went into a different environment, maybe the outside of the house or another room. The thing is that I had developed a growth on my right foot, and it was turning into a bird, looked like a pigeon. The growth was now as big as my foot (you could say that my right foot was the shape of a pigeon, but it was actually superimposed with it) and it had become very big and unwieldy- then I noticed that it was starting to look bad, and it was only connected to me with a callusy piece of skin, so I decided it was now safe to cut it off. So I found these cuticle scissors and cut off the skin, and the second the growth came off my foot it lost it's waxy dead crusty look and turned into a real pigeon, that was alive. I immediately found some bird seed that I conveniently had (it was wild bird seed, but it would do for the purpose) and it ate hungrily. We sat in awe and watched it eat until it wasn't hungry any more, and then it 'kind of' said good bye and flew away. Now my foot was normal and I was glad the pigeon was alive and safe and free.

Was at a large open space, and there were 'blank' houses being built. They were not really 'houses', but large blank open buildings that housed large fields. I went inside one of them and inside was a tennis court. A crew of young people were painting murals in the wall. They were all 'volunteers'. I was trying to help them paint but many of them were painting flowers before I could get to the area that I meant to paint on. (Like they were actuating what I was thinking). I turned around and went into another building and there was a 'chalkboard' paint area where flowers (or patterns) were being drawn on. A similar thing happened with the artwork.

Then we were sitting on a 'dining' room, around a table, and one other man was sitting at the table with the other people that were explaining things. The man started talking to me, and in mid-sentence he stopped talking and just stared at me. Then he very subtly turned to the right a little (his right, my left) and whispered to no one something). I said "what?" and he still didn't talk. He just stared deep into my eyes. I was about to ask "are you all right?" to him, when I realized that something energetic was happening between us, and it didn't feel right. As I looked into his eyes, the sensation of retinal fatigue started to overcome my vision and around us everything got dark. Kind of like when I connect energetically with someone IRL, except instead of bright light, it was more like cloudy-reflected darkness. I immediately realized he was doing something to me (or trying to) and I very forcefully yelled "NO!" and woke up, with my eyes wide open, and very frightened.

I'm not sure if this was induced by something I may have watched on TV (I like certain paranormal shows) or if something was trying to come through me. It just scared the daylights out of me.

I was walking around a building we owned. I walked in and entered the ice cream parlor I worked in when I was in high school. It looked like a restaurant I worked at later, but it had its own internal logic. I went to the back of the counter where they were swamped with customers. I came in, and started working. I made a point to say I wasn't working that day, but they obviously needed help so I pitched in. When the rush was over, I walked over to the back, to tell the owners I was there and working.
In the back room there was a very large mannequin that was made of styrofoam. I felt compelled to start painting him in a realistic manner. He was dressed, and I had done his head and was doing his neck when he started moving and talking to me.
He told me "you made me so I belong to you now" and got up to follow me.
I was startled and a little afraid, and did not want this golem to follow me around. I said to him "I did not make you. I merely painted you. You were made by someone else, possibly a factory, possibly the owner of this establishment. That is not me". He seemed confused at this, as if he had no idea what a factory or company was.
We walked out of this back room, and the owner was outside, possibly talking to someone else. The owner was not anyone I can identify, he was not the owner of either of the places I worked in referenced in the first part of the dream.
The golem (how I thought of him) started to talk to the owner of the place, and the owner accused him of being a con man. then the golem said he was a real person because he had money. He pulled out a checkbook with the logo of a bank that has been connected to many disreputable actions in the economic bubble bursting in the past few years.
The man looked at the checks and said they were toys in a kit that he sold. I was trying to explain to the man what happened when I was woken up to get up.
As I write this I wonder at the symbolic implications this just brought up in my mind.

I was in this circular room, looked like an old-style star trek set (but new and shiny looking). I was being told by an unseen friend that I was stupid and I at once understood that she was only my friend for what I knew, but since I was no longer smart she wasn't really my friend, she had no use for me. I screamed at her and was very hurt. I was also angry because I identified with my mind and now it was no longer any good. I was standing in front of a console that had many buttons and I didn't know what they did, and I could not understand what the signs meant- I couldn't do the simplest thing, and instead of helping me she just laughed at me.
After feeling hurt (very hurt, it still stung as I woke up) I decided to leave, and the (also unseen) mother of the 'friend' said something about giving me a headband for my hair, and I said no thanks, thinking that I wouldn't be back.

I'm not sure what this internal conflict is about (I'm sure all these are versions of me) but I was very depressed this morning, or sad- for no apparent reason.

I was in a place that seemed like a refugee camp, and we had all sorts of animals to care for. It was not a zoo in the normal sense, but in a way it was. I was tasked with feeding the lions, and we had to give them a sense of normalcy (hunting) but didn't want them killing anyone else in the group.
I was taught to fill large pumpkins with dog food, and let them think they were eating someone's head- they received animal bodies (I don't know what they died of) but I was to prepare the 'fake' heads and let them find them.
At some point later in the dream I was busy doing something else (that I forget) and I ran to prepare the heads for the lions to feed on before they attacked someone.

Another dream of getting another house. Not sure what this is about.
In this one the house is inhabited by the ghost of (get this) Brad Pitt and his wife (not AJ or JA, someone else). They are semitransparent, and living in it as if we weren't there, and we're in the same place but more solid- two families living in the same space in different times.
When we first arrive there it looks abandoned, and we do some repairs (something to do with a kitchen counter), and once we're settled, we start to see the ghosts in the house. Then, when we get used to that, we go out to the back porch and there is a colony of dogs living in the porch (we have two indoor cats). Someone has been feeding them as there is a giant bag of Alpo in the wall. I look around wondering how long they've been there, and see there is no poop in the floor, although there's at least fifty dogs there and the garage door is closed. (It's a back porch which back door looks like a garage.) We start feeding them and open the back door so they can go outside. Two of the smaller dogs are having doggie sex and at first I'm alarmed, as the female dog looks like my girl cat, but when I look closely it's not her, it's a small yappy dog.
I wake up.

Last night (or early morning) a very long dream, I would wake up and go back into it.
We were in this large room, I knew it was in Germany and was a great hall with a giant Christmas tree in the middle. There was a door in the back of the room. Someone and I went through the door and saw a completely different reality, with aliens in it. I do not remember what they looked like, but I knew they were aliens. The act of seeing them changed something in both of us and we immediately knew they have been on earth and have slowly been taking over. We could see what they looked like and they also could see now that we saw them, and we were now marked for death.
Looking through the other side of the door (we had actually gone 'in' and moved around this other reality, learning about the 'others' and how they disguised themselves, and what they were doing) and at some point they discovered us. So we got back through the door to the 'regular' human side of the planet and we started moving away and escaping. For the rest of the morning I continued the 'escaping from them in various ways' theme, sometimes hiding (by changing how they saw me, an energetic thing) and other times by physically running and hiding. In this dream I was accompanied by a family group (not my 'regular here now' family) but my 'dream' family or tribe. There was no resolution at the end of the dream, I just woke up with backaches and had to get up.

A three parter.
I was watching TV and a news item came up, and it was reporting news about my family that distressed me, because it was not true, and I was very upset. As I got more and more upset, my father appeared and began to comfort me. I told him what the news said and why it had all the facts wrong, and I wondered why someone would report it the way they did. I woke up, used the bathroom and came back to bed. After going to sleep now I was in the house where I grew up, and my father was there. I woke him up to ask him why we were back there, (I thought he might have come back for a reason) but this time it wasn't him, it was a creature that looked like him but had fangs, and I started to fight him, and he bit my finger. I fought and fought and I woke up, and then went back to sleep, and summoned my 'pet' lion (which comes to me sometimes in dreams). This time I was not asleep, but in the liminal state, (I had fifteen minutes before getting up) and the lion came to me, and soothed me with his low growl. He was nice and comforted me, and then it was time to get up, so I had to leave my lion and get up.

I was pregnant but the baby kept coming out and asked for things, kind of like a kangaroo. The first time it wanted oatmeal, and I remember feeding it and it almost drowned in the bowl. It was difficult and moody. It was also the size of a bean. A small bean. Now it had come out again and asked for beef stew. I had no ingredients for beef stew, and was looking around to make it, but was now too big to move around comfortably. I finally got it made and it was now jumping back and forth in my belly, and when I put my hand in my belly (or over it on my clothes) it would pop through and bite me in the finger, as if it had come out again and were jumping over my belly and biting. This woke me up, and for a bit I realized I was being 'bit' on the same finger (the right index) that got bit yesterday in the dream, but in a different place this time.
I wonder if there is something going on with this finger that is translating to weird dreams.

This is weird, I think we might have been visited last night. Here's why:
My husband dreamed that we went into the house, and he saw my mother in the back of the house. He was shocked, and she tried to hide from him. He asked her how come, if she was dead she could be there. She told him that after you pass you go 'somewhere else' for a while, and then 'they send you back to your loved ones' but you don't see them, they're supposed to stay out of sight. She began to explain to him how things work in the afterlife when the alarm went off.

I was dreaming about a coworker I used to know, who passed a few years ago. In my dream he was in my bedroom with us and I was concerned that I was sitting in my room in my pajamas, and I kept checking to make sure the covers did their job. I woke up and noticed that I was in the same position as the dream, went to the bathroom, and reflected on why I would dream about this guy who was not close to me or anything. I had a hard time going back to sleep, it was late and I was very awake. I got up again and drank some water, roamed the house and then finally went back to bed, it was not easy to go back to sleep. So now in the early morning I dreamed that I was in the kitchen of my house (the one I grew up in) and I had received a box. As I opened it I knew I was supposed to call the company that sent it and 'knew' the number. I dialed it and a lady came on the line. She asked me to get the paperwork in the box for the stuff they had sent me, and I asked my mother to go through the box. She got the paperwork and read off the numbers to the lady on the line. I did, and we went to take the stuff out of the box as I hung up the phone, when the alarm went off.
Both of us were having different dreams about my mom at the same time. He was obviously lucid enough to be shocked at her presence, I was not lucid at all, and simply accepted her presence as normal.

I had some news yesterday that supports the idea this previous dream phenomenon probably was a visitation, not a coincidence. Won't explain, but things will be clarified soon, I think.

On to last night's dream:
We go to where my grandfather's farm used to be. (Recurring theme, the house is now a museum). As usual, I tell the people who work there that I am the granddaughter of the man that used to live there, and all of a sudden I'm the owner. This is a recurring theme, but then something different happens from the usual dream scenario.
We go to a spot I used to love (there was a side step leading to a very dense jungly garden with a water fountain next to it IRL). We go to see it in the dream and it has been paved over and there is a gift shop right next to it. I start to cry and explain to the bewildered shop clerk why I'm crying.
The dream goes on and on as we survey the house (as usual, it's bigger than it was IRL(it doesn't exist anymore) and now (a new development) we have decided to move in it and restore it. We walk around the little town (not what it is IRL) that looks like something from an island brochure- very cute cottages and the place is sunny and touristy and lovely.
We walk around the neighborhood and meet very friendly and cheerful people, and they invite us into their house, to stay there until we get ours ready for occupancy, but I find something creepy about them, an overeagerness that makes me uneasy. I go upstairs (not sure why, they were showing me upstairs rooms we can stay in) and realize that the upstairs lofts are not safe, the walls are up but not attached, and any child could lean on it and fall down and get hurt, and as I go around surveying the lack of safety, I decide we're not staying there, and go downstairs and call my son, who has wandered off with his father. I meet my husband downstairs, and ask him where our son is, and he doesn't seem to know.
So we both go outside, calling him, and I wake up.

In the dream I felt it was a setup- the bubbly people were up to something 'not right'. I have to think about this some more.
This morning I dreamt that I was having an argument with my mother, who then left. Then my father appeared and I was with him some time, and then they switched again. Of course this has obvious interpretations (they were divorced in life) but I feel there is more to it, because in the dream they swapped 'being dead again' and 'being alive again', and I'm not sure what this means- it's one of the things about the whole 'seeing my father afterdeath' scenario that has confused me, beyond grief and pain.

About three days ago, a dream about feeding the birds. (Recurring)
There was a small market connected to the place where the birds were, and I had past knowledge of this kitchen/market. I either had lived there before, or had worked there before. (In previous dreams I 'find' them, they are a surprise).
The birds are usually in good condition, as if someone previous to me has been caring for them. I always marvel at them, because I usually find them without enough food or water and feel the need to care for them.
This was the same, it was obvious someone has been taking care of them, but I immediately feel I must intervene to continue keeping the birds healthy.
At some point the whole scenario becomes a luxurious hotel, and we (my family of origin) are staying there. I think my husband and son are there too, but I honestly can't remember.
The main difference here is that after a lot of running around going from place to place (the food has been moved first, and then I have to separate sunflower seeds for the bigger parrots (another difference, there are big parrots, like Macaws) from the other seeds I'm going to give to the budgies, like millet.) I actually find the food and sort it, and wake up before actually feeding the birds. But I got closer than I have in the past.

Last night, two parter: I'm at some sort of retreat. Am having some sort of expanded awareness experience. There is a place that is some sort of ashram, and there are many statues of Buddha, some golden, some in color, some stone in this large courtyard. I'm looking at them from far away, some are very large. After some sort of process, (meditation and other 'retreaty' stuff, I am sitting in meditation and can see the Buddhas are really people, that are in costume. I wonder which one is the hallucination, the 'real' Buddhas, or the 'Statues'? I ponder it and go back, full of wonder and stories about the wonderful experiences.
I then am dissappointed to know that the organizers of this retreat had put some hallucinogenic plants in the food (which looked like cabbage leaves) in the soup. I am angry about this and protest. I'm told it's a genuine technique that is part of the program. At this point I think it's a scam, and find myself swimming through some sort of swampy place to where the Buddha statues are. Then I go back home.
Part two:
An old friend (one of my husband's best friends, was the best man at our wedding) came to visit. Brought a gigantic elephant (the size of a house or a building). I am glad my son is there to see it, and am amazed at the size of the elephant. After tethering it someplace safe, he and my husband and son go to a room (still looks like an ashram, for some reason) and begin to smoke some substance. I get flustered and yell at them. Then I see my son is smoking. I begin to get alarmed and start yelling at him why it's dangerous for him. He starts yelling back and defying me, and I wake up thinking that it's one of the things I anticipated, and wonder how to deal with it.
Then I wake up.

p.s. The dream I had today/last night started at night and dawned in real time, as I was having it. This has been happening lately, so I wonder if there is some 'realtime' aspect to it.

This morning I woke up extremely early, and I closed my eyes, and as I was going down I decided to ask my HS to show me a past life. Don't know where this idea came from, maybe it was part of the process previously while I slept.
So I fall asleep and find myself in a place that looks like either Mexico or Peru in ancient times, many step pyramids in the landscape. We are there (hubby, son and I) and we're dressed incongruously in the place. Everyone looks mesoamerican, and are dressed stereotypically in these tentlike outfits and funny hats, and what I find confusing is that it's snowing. It's very cold, very snowy, and there's pyramids and a long wide promenade that leads to a large pyramid.
We find ourselves in a house with a native family. I am speaking with the husband and wife in spanish, and after a bit the woman says the word "Puka" at the end of the sentence in spanish. I ask her what it means, as it's not a spanish word, and she finds it hilarious. She says something that sounds like a joke (in spanish) "I went there and then Puka!" something like that. She yelled it and laughed uproariously. The man kind of ignored me after a while and moved to the background, so to speak.
The woman declared me "one of them" (because I could communicate)and gave me this large piece of clothing to wrap myself in. We all get one and put them on, and now we're dressed like the natives.
We take a walk down the promenade, wrapped up in our cozy poncho-looking things and all of a sudden, from the left side of the promenade a large wave rises (the promenade is now like a long walkway with water on both sides, kind of like a bridge, but just stone) and engulfs us. Even though we are in a few feet of water and it's snowing and cold, the water itself feels very warm and nice, and as soon as it subsides, we simply head on to the next pyramid after taking off the cloth wraps, and we go into one of them, which is a shop on the inside, and get dried off and re-dressed. Then the alarm goes off and it's time to get up.

I got up at 4am with a splitting headache. I got up, got some aspirin and went back to bed. It took me some time to get in a position where I didn't feel it so badly. Before passing out, I asked my HS to show me something I needed to see. My request was to tell me, of all my challenges, which one should I focus on, and how should I deal with it?
So we're in a mall. We're in one of the stores and my son goes into another 'inner' room. I walk to the front and see a telephone. It has a series of instructions to follow. I pick it up and start following its cues-in the middle of this one lady comes along and tells me it's a trick phone, certain groups leave them in public places, and people start playing with the phones, and not realize they're being recorded, and then they post their facial expressions on YouTube. Or something like that.
So I decide to deal with this, and start 'rewinding' the phone as if it were a cassete tape. My intention is to delete what is in it. Then all of a sudden a bunch of people come out of various stores, people I know, scores of people that I've known throughout my life, in droves. They try to get my attention and I feel I'm being swept away, and I try to get away from them. When the 'smoke' clears, I'm in a different location in this mall and I don't remember the name of the store my son was in. I panic, and then think that he's old enough to handle himself, and has a phone. I then decide to call him and tell him what happened, so he can tell me where he is or we can meet somewhere. I feel for my phone, and find it in my pocket, and when I go to call him, the phone shrinks. Now I'm standing there watching my phone shrink to the size of a piece of gum (chicklet) and this brings me to almost full lucidity. I then say "This is a dream" and look at the character in front of me (amongst five or six of them) and say to her "You are an aspect of myself. I know because this is a dream. What do you represent? What do you have to tell me?" She is an older woman, with lots of freckles on her face. Kind of like my grandmother, but different. She then smiles, and says "what can I possible tell you that you don't know?" And I try to get her to tell me what I'm supposed to get out of this dream. She does not talk, just stands there, and I wake up. Headache still here, BTW.

I had a lovely dreams in which I revisited many dark periods of my life and rediscovered the positives I hadn't seen when I 'was' there. It was a very positive dream which left me feeling good. Later I dreamed I was reading in front of a pool and I jumped in.
This I think is significant in that I frequently dream about wanting to immerse myself in pools of water (or the beach) and never quite do it. Either the dream stops or it gets cartoony.
So, yeah.

Two dreams. In one I was in someone else's head, and he had just done a terrible thing. For a second, he wondered if it had worked, and a few minutes later he confirmed he had done what he had planned. His hesitation and second thoughts about the wrongness of what he had done didn't last long, he became more focused on the technicalities of what he had done. (And no, it's not what you think, but I'm keeping the details to myself, because it's just-wrong.
Then I got up and went back to bed for one more hour. Here I found myself in some sort of school (like university) and I could see some sort of beings that I thought of as 'elves'. If you remember the movie 'predator', where you couldn't see it but could see its 'signature', but small blobby things like the size of tennis balls. They were letting me 'see' them, or perceive them, and they were trying to direct me to 'something', by physically pushing or slapping me into a direction. No one else could see them (their signature) and I woke up before figuring out what they were trying to tell me.

This one was visually disturbing (about an old bug in a plastic bag) that had been somehow left behind to rot.... I spent some time trying to pick it up without touching it and eventually got it in the garbage without having it break open.
I'm sure this is some sort of core image symbolic of things that I needed to get rid of. I'm glad that I achieved it in the dream, not sure what it symbolizes though.

I was in the basement of a castle, and someone had to come in. For some reason to go from one part of the castle to another it was safer through underground tunnels. Someone was coming in, so I escorted her inside, and then she ran to her corridor or hallway or floor.... then I went back, to continue to stand guard. I heard a sound and a man, who looked like a d'Artagnan type came up to me. His face was 'wrong', like he was some sort of animal faced werewolf with a human body (don't exactly know what). At first I got nervous, but then he talked to me and walked away. He also was some sort of sentinel, and I realized he was a good guy.

The view from the cellar (or whatever it was) was imposing- the walls were arched, in tiers, like the Roman Circus, and it was very deep. I knew the castle was very high over where we were.

2 dreams-
1-New birds: I was inside an empty storefront. I was inside it. I was 'done' with whatever I was supposed to do. All of a sudden I get a delivery. It's a very large cage with sickly and emaciated birds in it. There is water in an open dish, but it's dirty. There were packages of seeds (different kinds for the various species of birds. I felt despair, as I was done with the previous flock of birds, who had been nursed to health and had been released. One of the big birds was a peacock. I started to look for the seeds for it, and was thinking of opening the door of the locale to broadcast the seeds outside, so the peacock could eat from them (he was lively, unlike the other birds) outside while I looked for a hose to clean off the dirty water dish and give them fresh clean water to drink. I was trying to figure out the logistics of this (clean water first, then food, open the door, locate the food, etc.) when a man appeared. He was one of the ugliest men I have ever seen. There was nothing ugly about his features, they were almost feminine looking. Yet the whole package was chilling. He looked at me as if I were supposed to go with him. I felt dread, because I felt I needed to take care of the birds first, but he seemed impatient. I woke up, kind of not happy about this dream. I went back to bed.
2-Second dream: I was in an observatory. It was indoors with a dome. I wasn't sure if the dome was a clear ceiling that showed the actual stars and moon, or if it was a planetarium simulation. I looked at the moon, which immediately started to change, and looked from realistic to 'fakey' looking. It immediately 'unplugged' itself from the ceiling and fell to the ground in front of me. I then decided it was fake, but it then started to float up in a very organic way and instead of 'reattaching' itself in a mechanical way, it flew up in the sky and resumed its place. Then I realized it was real, and the sky was the sky. So then I looked more at the stars, and I noticed a couple of meteors streaking through the sky. I was amazed, and went to look for the people that run the place to ask questions, and found a couple of women in a back room. They were black and I think they were the same two women that visited me years ago before I got into metaphysics. I then woke up.

Note: On the day after the dream (the 30th) we went to a nighttime activity at the Zoo by my cousin's house and when I looked up, there was the 'almost' full moon in the same spot in the sky I had seen it in my dream. It was cool, because we had gone to see a light show and it was an added treat.
Will come back w. details.

Night before last night (the 31st) had a keening experience of feeling the loss of my grandmother. In the dream I was crying because my grandmother was gone. I was crying, disconsolate. A group of people were laughing at me. I ignored them because I was immersed in my own emotion. One of them attacked me. Someone else defended me (physically) but they wanted me to stop. I couldn't, the immersion was too total. I woke up hearing myself crying, a keening that was coming from inside. As I awoke the feeling abated and went back into where it came from, and I was back to 'normal'. It was intense and baffling.
Last night I don't remember what I dreamt, got back home and just fell unconscious, literally.

This past week I've had a few dreams that were symbolic. I didn't post them before because I thought they were personally symbolic, but decided to do it in retrospect, to record just in case they mean something.

New Year's day- I was walking around my cousin's house (I was sleeping there in PMR) and was looking at the back yard. It was full of garbage. I flew to the neighbor's house, and found out they had strewn it in her yard because they were trying to make them move, or some other form of sabotage. I told her. Woke up, her by looks nothing like the one in my dream.
I also dreaded that she bought two duplexes and put them together. Not sure what that means, if anything.

A few days ago, I dreamed that we moved to our old house while owning our present home, and simultaneously owning a house that has been in previous dreams but that I've never been to in PMR. I was angry that we were going backwards in terms of the space and lifestyle, and was worried about our pets. I'm not sure what the NP house is about, other than a symbolic future.

In the last few days things have happened with my grandmother, but they've not been dreams. Just recording it for chronology purposes.

In the past two or three days (two at least) I've been woken up with the song in my head "Wake up, everybody. Join us in this Celebration"- an adaptation from an old Styx song. I don't listen to it and have no idea why I've been hearing this. At first I thought it had to do with the dream I was having, but I was actually having a nightmare when this song interrupted it and woke me up- in my head. This is a little weird.

The Original version: (the stanza I hear)
Light up everybody
Join us in this celebration
Light up and be happy
Sweet, sweet sounds will fill the air

My version says 'wake up' instead of 'light up'. I thought 'appropriate' the day before, today I thought 'WT...?'

Last night there were lots of dreams, the two I remember better was one in which my mother, who looked like she was thirty, said something like 'you should have the house under the corporation, so that when the AC breaks you can afford to fix it'. I'm not sure what this means, I'm not sure I knew it in the dream either.
Later on there was a scene in which there were people around an ambulance, like a disaster, but there were people with rifles that were executing some survivors, because some 'had witnessed' something wrong. I was on a gurney playing dead, and had astral vision, so I could see when people would look at me, and I'd hold my breath for as long as they looked, and I'd breathe when they were looking elsewhere. At some point some lady was executed in front of me, and I tried not to react. Later on the real rescuers arrived and I got up and told them what I had seen.
There were other types of disaster dreams, I get the feeling it had to do with earthquakes, but it's pretty jumbled.

Various dreams, combined. My old job had been moved to where I grew up, and they had built the place in the same spot where my house was. So even though the place was new, it was where my house once was. I talked about this with my co-workers, but they kind of ignored me. Then I slipped into a recurring theme- I'm working on a piece of equipment given to me by my old boss. I find it and proceed to troubleshoot it. The scene melts into another, in which we are in some sort of carnival or park. The same people (coworkers) from the first scene are there, we are in some sort of a ride or float, and I see there is a man in the back which I had a restraining order against. This is a new element possibly related to a TV show I was watching. There is another woman that is either having trouble with him or is a self aspect (I believe at some point in the dream I am her, and am interacting with this man in some way. At some point my husband and son are in this part, but they are somehow separated from the action, as if they were in another section of the room. Some other stuff happens which I've forgotten and I wake. I look at the alarm clock and see I still have two minutes before it goes off, so I close my eyes and am immediately in a scene in which I can see a scene, and someone is telling me that this is a dictionary of nonphysical meanings to communications received from np characters.
I see the first page and in script it ways:
"Hanging Loose"~ And the description says that it means being dead. So in np slang, hanging loose means being dead, because they got loose of their physical bodies.
Then the alarm went off.
I wonder if I'm going to get 'a meaning a day'.

ps. The man in the dream isn't anyone I've ever seen, although he kind of resembles the actor Zachary Quinto. The boss is someone who exists in my past, but the coworkers and the man are not.

A combo of dreams, may have been part of the same dream. First I was helping to move my mom from one apt. to another, cleaning up her stuff and moving it to another, and then we were in the new apt. helping her get acclimated. In the move I lost lucidity and started doing things in sleepwalking fashion and other characters (critical and in-charge characters) were introduced, and I kept trying to function, not well or lucidly. There was a back and forth between those dreams, but they were not clear.

I had an extremely significant dream this morning and am writing this to see if I can draw it out. I remembered once more when I attempted to take a nap but it left my brain the second I woke up. I'm going to sit here until it comes back up.

Amazing. It came back.
I was back at the job I used to have (2 jobs ago, I've always considered the best job I ever had.) My old boss had me come in to see if I wanted to work there again.
I came into a dream environment that is recurrent- the shop, people working on equipment, etc. I took a piece of equipment and started to work on it. (still recurrent). The part it needed, when I went to look for it, was made from platinum and was very expensive. This made no sense, it seemed like a trick to make the product be too expensive to assure it wouldn't sell. I was having some doubts about this when it became very late, I realized I'd been there too long, and it was nighttime. Everyone was still sitting there working, as if this were normal. When I asked, they said the company had decided the workday was ten hours, and you had to stay there for so many more- some people were forced to live there. I thought this was very wrong so I started to walk around to look for my boss to tell him I wouldn't want to work for a company like that. When I was looking for his office, I got lost and ended up in the women's bathroom, except that it had been rebuilt to house closets and storage for the people that had to live there. I started to get nervous, realized I 'had seen too much' and started going up a ladder in this place which went up to a hatch of some sort. Then I saw some people that were trying to get out, and when they followed the exit signs they were directed to a 'false exit' - the hatches were sealed and people were forced to stay there. In the 'bathroom' there were couches and TV sets, people were expected to 'live' there. So I went back to where I was, and retraced my steps, and I saw my boss, and told him I had to think about it, and got out the door, the same door I had come in.

Now I get out, but I have no car and am not sure how to get back home. I see some sort of 'lark', those little vehicles that you ride on, but very slow- almost like a wheelchair. So I get on one of those and start driving away, get in the highway, scared but realizing I couldn't walk my way home, I didn't know where to go but on the highway they'd be roadsigns (it was nighttime, remember) so I get on, and see that a lot of people that had been riding the thing I'm riding have been killed by people in regular cars, and I see that some of them are running the people on larks over on purpose, because they go too slow. So I pull over and decide to walk on the side of the road, afraid that if I stay on the road I'll get run over, when I see two people in a car that work in this place (IRL they were coworkers of mine that stayed in the place I used to work in, even after they were bought out by another company) so I ask if could ride with them, and they acted weird- the man said they had to go back at a certain time but the woman (who I'm friends with) kind of let me know that they were escaping and had no plans to go back, and kind of convinced him to let me get in the car. I could see there was stuff in the car, like appliances or something, and I woke up. Not sure if I was going to get in the car or not.

There was something about a building we were living in, and someone from 'outside' complaining that they didn't like the sounds our new black cat was making. He was adorable and inside, and I wondered why whoever this person was had to try to interfere in our lives, when my cat wasn't really making noise, and he had never seen him.
In reality I don't have a black cat, but this cat was beautiful, like a small panther, and I was very happy with him.
I then woke up with a cough, got up to take care of it, and then went back to bed, freezing and uncomfortable. Then I projected to my son's room. I suspect I was worried it was cold and wondered if he was covered up. The OBE is in the OBE journal.

Basically I was going to do something with this tool, it somehow got lost despite it being attached to my hand, and people came out of the woodwork telling me to change the tool, but I knew it was the right one. Then this person showed up and se had some sort of significant conversation but I still didn't completely trust her but at least we had a talk. Then I found the missing tool again and I proceeded to find the thing this tool was supposed to fix. Eventually I went to fix it and my husband woke me up.

Two nights ago there were various themes in a nightmare that I didn't want to record, so I'll just give general descriptions:
1- The theme of rejection, an old boss who gave me a toy that was filled with biting insects.
2- The desire to get to the beach, and my inability to get in and surf, the monsters that try to prevent me from doing so, at one point I get to the water and am attacked by a man with a shark head. I shout at him "You lost, I'm already in the water". I wake up, (my husband woke me up) and I tried to get in the dream again to go into the surf, but I have to get up.

Last night I had some dreams, but they were 'regular', and atm I don't remember them.

I don't remember what I was dreaming, but I woke up in a dream in which I was in a college setting and I was walking along with a friend of mine. I started to go to sleep and as I did I started to float, so she took me by the hand and led me along the path as I dozed. I was telling her how wonderful this felt-I could feel the air going around me, caressing me as I floated like a balloon while she walked holding me. Then at some point she let me go and I started to go upwards.
The theme of me floating upwards and panicking that I will float uncontrollably away is a recurring one, and I usually panic and wake up, but this time I simply pointed myself down and dove down to where my friend was, still walking along the path. I could see the rooftops and treetops around, and wondered how I could have been afraid of this, since I was in control. Then I dove down to the floor and gently landed, being proud that I didn't crash-land, and was woken up by the alarm clock. Not happy about it, it was a wonderful dream.

Weirdly, there is a sense to those names, I got this when I googled the term.

Woke up at 5, went back to sleep. Started dreaming about being in the military in a sub. All kinds of different aspects of being in a sub with people (logistics, rooms, food, etc.) It was an extremely long dream that had a lot of everyday detail, culminating in me realizing I didn't have enough clothes to last the week and figuring out how to get clothes for three more days. Apparently everything was assigned and laundry day was in five days and I had three shirts in my bag left before being able to do the wash. It was all mundane stuff but it's what I remember the most because it was the last moment before waking up at 6.
Strange.

I'm outside in the garden of a "Hogwart's" style of castle- looks like a beautiful castle but is really a school. Then I wake up in the liminal state and it becomes an astral projection with some sort of exit. So I'll refer to this in the journal.

I had a version of a recurring dream in which insight about the experience came to me while I was still in it.
Setting:
I've been given or sold a house. As usual, it's very beautiful and large, with many rooms, and towards the back there is a room that appears to be occupied. I never see who's there and I'm never sure that there is someone there, but it's part of the transaction. Towards the back of the house there is the entrance to a shopping mall. I have to walk through the living areas, through a large hall and pass the closed door of the room to get to the back part of the house to get to the mall.
This is recurrent, and a dream I have often.
I have speculated as to the identity of the 'other' in the room that lives in my house. I think it's my subconscious.
Although I usually enjoy the fact that a shopping mall is connected to my house (makes it convenient) I didn't 'get' its significance until the end of the dream.
Last night's variation of the dream is that I was supposed to get my son after school across the street in a park- I had to step out the front door at a predetermined time and I remembered I had an errand to run.
So I walked to the back and went through the nice comfortable hallway that lead to the mall entrance, and when I was walking around ran into an old friend from college who wanted me to see something in one of the stores. I told her I was in a hurry because I had something to do but she whined and promised it'd be quick. So I went with her through various stores. I noticed that many of the storefronts had a little tab with my name on it. My friend told me that this indicated that I owned the mall. I thought it was curious that the fact that I bought the house (and was paying a mortgage for it) also made me the mall owner, and all the clerks had my name on their paperwork so I could get better service. At some point I started to wake up realizing that the mall in the back of the house was the entrance to the astral plane, located in the deep subconscious (far behind the 'closed' door) and the nice cool, cozy, and comfortable tunnel was the transitional stage (tube type exit?) that I do, being reminiscent of many of my OBEs.
And then I woke up.

After much wrangling, I got the staff to get me shorts and sneakers to wear, but the 'lockers' they got me were the size of gift bags and I couldn't stuff the clothes in it. I spent the entire dream going from place to place (first I was late, then I forgot the right clothes, then they couldn't fit- meanwhile, I was missing the fun activities.

I don't remember what I dreamt about, didn't sleep much. Hate Nazi time.

I had at least two frightening dreams last night. One of them involved us being a family of four, and having my daughter get kidnapped by aliens. After the deed was done, I was treated as if I were crazy, no one in the town remembering I used to have a daughter, and me thinking that I was going insane, starting to forget her too. I woke up very distraught.

Recurring dream, or two that mixed together. Started out in the environment in which I had to get through water to get to my car to get to work (was in some sort of pier). After going through a lot to get into the car I was transported to a previous background, involving my grandmother's house and the house I used to live in, something about kids going on a shooting spree, and then finding out they were harmless, then back to my mother's house in which she was angry at me and refused to talk to me. This went on for a while and I was back in the water environment, where a male 'in charge' had asked me to make flowers with the material provided by whoever provided it. I made lilies, and when he went to check he was not happy because he had asked me to make roses, but I explained that I was not provided the parts for roses. He then went away, and when I went to my car, anticipating the problems getting to it through water again (I did not want to get wet now) I found that it had moved to dry dock and made it easier to get into.
Then I went back and forth to my mother's house a few times, and soon woke up.

Two nights of sparklies.
The night before last night I dreamed that superimposed on whatever I was dreaming about, there was some sort of 'fairy dust' like tinkerbell's fairy dust. Later on, when I woke up I was seeing this type of tinkly-starry-type stuff- kind of like the starry void hypnopomp but moving and more abundant, just like fairy dust being thrown by tinkerbell, or as if you were moving through a cloud of the starry dusty stuff.
This morning I woke up to this hypnopomp again, I don't think I've ever had repeating vision screens two days in a row before, and I don't think I've had this particular type before.

The 'whatever' you were dreaming about would be helpful; would color the meaning of the underlying experience. I understand hypnopomp is not a dream phemomena - usually a precurser to a dream - different brain activity. So I am puzzled. Never-the-less fairie sparklies have to be wonderful in any way; singaling a new vision or 'tools of power'.

I would be very encouraged.

I got up around 5am and went back to bed.... Then I was in a very spooky place, in the 'front porch' scenario where I'm 'inside' and the dead are 'outside'. I looked at the dead, which were closer to me than before, but none of them looked familiar. I took this as good news. Later we were on a boat, me and my two children in the dream. We were going through a river that was 'creepy' and fantastic. (The Styx, I think?). There were various boats on the river and we were going downriver when I recognized a couple I know in another boat. I also saw that there were other people acting terrified of whatever was in the grass on the banks. Some people began to get off their boats and walking (wading, the water was shallow) away in the mist. I lay on the boat, covering my children, and someone draped some kind of gauzy covering over us. I could hear screams and wails, and then I saw a large clawed finger get under our cover, and peek in. At this point I was terrified too. The eye that looked in did not look mammalian. Or human. Then 'she' lifted the veil and I could see the most beautiful dragon-y looking being, who radiated love and compassion, and a little bit of mirth (thought it was funny we were so scared of her). She wasn't of a color you'd expect a dragon to be, her body was of colors I can't describe- so fantastic (but not cartoony) shimmery and bright- and beautiful! She welcomed us to this realm and introduced herself. Then she pointed at my daughter, who was sitting on my lap at the time, and said her name. The little girl seemed to be about four years old and talked, called me momma. Had long dark brown hair and coppery skin. I was shocked and started to wake up. Some of the people on the boat came back and said things like "I can't believe what I have learned". Then I woke up.

First I want to disclose that I've been working on a translation of a book on chinese medicine, which obviously informed some of this' dream snippet.

I was in a building, square, with all four walls made of glass. I think I was in a high floor or at least a fourth floor. I was standing in front of the east window, trying to capture the chi coming from the east. Because of the transparency of the walls, and the height, I felt exposed. The sky was bright blue, it was a beautiful day. A great wind flew through me, and some other thing happened, which I have forgotten. It was something impressive, maybe gigantic, and a bit intimidating, but I can't remember what it was.

New form of recurrent dream. I'm working, am close to figuring out a repair. Then my boss comes in and wants to redo my bench, starts taking it apart and structures disappear. Then I lose my shirt and can't find it. Then it's lunch time and someone is going to get me some while I look for my shirt. In the middle of this, my mother comes into the shop and she's wearing a victorian gown I have seen in pictures of my great-grandmother. She looks very young, like her teens, but the dress is incongruous. I embrace her as if she were my sister, since she is younger than me. Then I realize I was wearing my shirt under a dress I'm wearing the whole time. Then I start putting together my bench and the memory of how to fix the thing I was working on comes back to me and I start putting it together. Then I wake up.

First dream, recurrent.
I'm at my old new job, sitting on a bench repairing some equipment. My boss is somewhere else in the room, and I'm wondering why I romanticized it previously. There is no 'special' feeling that I used to get in previous 'old job' dreams about this. Maybe because I'm busy and have no time to think about stuff. I wake up, use the bathroom, go back to bed and go into the next dream.

Dream two:
Recurring scenario, new details.
I'm in some sort of amusement park. The recurrent theme is the 'conveyor belt' effect, seeing people go through a 'conveyor' apparatus, and myself going though it. I usually get hung up on it or fall from it or something like it. This time something different happened.

I'm inside a room that's part of a 'water slide'. I see kids jumping in and going down or up or wherever the slide takes you. I jump in. In the middle of the slide I have an OBE in which I find myself back to the beginning of the ride. (I'm obviously not lucid.) Then I tell the other people in the entrance that I had an OBE while in the ride and I'm 'up here' again. I then realize I'm 'up here' (although I'm physical and interactive) and my body is supposed to be in the apparatus. I then jump in again, but now I have the actual experience of going through the chute. I first go down, then up in a watery loop-de loop in which I end up going down with the chute on top of me, and wonder at the impossibility of this, and end up in some realm in which there is some sort of a 'convent/church/religious institution' inside of it. I step off, walk around, talk to a few religious personages about religious stuff, then get on the chute and finish the 'trip'. At the end, as I'm stepping off the room and walking out the door, I see hundreds of kittens that are forming a line (cute little kittens) from outside to inside a room with the door half-closed. Someone tells me these kittens are on some sort of pilgrimage to help their mommy through some difficult situation. I notice the kittens are holding certain things in their muzzles, like cotton balls and other things, like food. I wonder at this, step outside (to see more kittens looking for helpful things) and wake up.

In the past few days I've had a lot of 'swimming' dreams.
Last night a pool was featured at the end, but the 'body' of the dream started out somewhere else.
I was in a restaurant with my "family" (these people were not my present day family, not sure why).
We were discussing an inheritance we had received. Or rather, one of us was in control of. When I ordered my meal (which was a very small thing) the waiter threw my napkin on the floor. When I bent down to pick it up he snatched my meal (it was supposed to be some sort of salad but all I could see was some honeydew squares on a plate, and I didn't even get to taste them.) I complained and he shrugged me off and then the bill came. It was for an astounding $750 dollars. I was told by these people that my part was $400 dollars. I protested that I didn't have that kind of money, and if we all had inherited the large amount of money they could take it off my inheritance. We then walked down a corridor of the place we were at, it was some sort of hotel. But when I got to the part where there was some sort of cul-de sac hallway (with four rooms around the circle) the center or the circle featured a large pool that had been constructed in the center. It was immaculately done, and I was thinking it was very clever (in reality it was very weird), and I woke up as I was admiring the clear blue water.

We moved by the beach, and I was looking forward to surfing in it. As usual, something happened to interrupt this, but instead there was a boat, and we went sailing instead. The foamy water felt good, as we got wet with it (but no immersion.) I woke up happy.

Three dreams, not sure if in the right order.
It was nighttime and I flew to the beach (it may have been a projection, due to the 'realtime' state of the moment) I launched myself in the water, and swam happily. Then (now we're on full dream mode) I see my mom on a boat. I get on the boat and we start riding around in this waterway, you can see the city on one side and roads on the other. We have a good time and then she drops me off on a pier. I think I wake up and get up and go back to bed. Back to sleep. Now I'm in a room that does not resemble any room in the present, and not really in the past. My cousin and I are sleeping in a room, in separate parts of the room (she and I grew up together as children, and we slept in bunk beds, so it's different than our childhood). Once again, it's still dark. She wakes up and sits up in her bed (she is by the window, I'm by the wall next to a door) and says "my mom told me your mom is coming over." (Both our mothers are deceased, her mom a long time ago, my mom recently.) I wonder how she knows, and go back to bed. Then I wake up for real. There is a third dream involving my mother and my grandfather's house, but this one is fuzzy. It melded my own (modest) house with my grandfather's (fabulous) house and the house I grew up in (also modest). My mom was in this one maybe in the kitchen cooking something, but our conversations are kind of fuzzy, I was taken with the architecture of the place, as I often am in dreams.

Oh, as usual the water will represent the middle (astral, inner self), the interface between your and your future. The tornado has swept you away, now your cousin and you do not share the same space - you have differentiated yourself from the mundane into the magical. But your Fairy Godmother is in the kitchen cooking up something magical for you journey.

In this dream we had gone to a city to do an errand, and while we were there my husband and son decided to make extra money by picking up repossessions for some company. I was nervous about this as we were not going to 'nice' places. It was a bad side of town with mob written all over it. We arrived at a nice house (very nice, in fact) and my husband went to work trying to 'steal' the guy's car, (repo it) when the owner came out and caught 'us'. I thought he was going to kill us or have us killed, and I tried to talk ourselves out of trouble (don't know what story I was telling him, but it appeared to be working.) then I saw a tableau they had in their front porch that was very similar to some stuff we have in our front room (albums & other stuff) when I opened their wedding album and saw that the man's father looked a lot like my own father, except his father had dark hair, mine had platinum-blonde hair in my wedding pictures. I was shocked and exclaimed at the remarkable resemblance of our fathers, and the man wanted to see a picture of my dad to make the comparison (as in, maybe we were related) and I started looking in my wallet and the car we were in for a picture of my dad. I couldn't find one, although I don't know why I would think we had, as all our personal stuff was in our house in another town. But I kept looking in desperation, thinking this could save us, and the scene changed to another scene, this time with me in my bed, and a woman next to me, and I was talking to her about my marriage, and then I woke up.

Most of my dream scenarios are recurrent, so I would say yes and no- yes, in that I've been 'there' before, but not all 'city' dreams are to the same city, or the 'beach' dreams are to the same beach, etc. The most recurred-to scenarios in my experience are the house that I am often visiting because I'm going to 'move in' (the one with the mall attached to it) and the fabled grandfather's house, which is often connected to the 'beach as afterlife' dreams- a sort of 'past to present' thing.
BTW, thanks for the question, it made me think about this.

Whitney Houston, my old friend, stars, and possibly aliens.
The dream starts at night, I'm out on the town with my girlfriend Whitney Houston. I am club-hopping with her and she's my bff. At some point she has to go perform in some place and we are separated. I spot an old (and estranged friend) who immediately tries to commandeer my time. She pulls me to various places, and we end up in a place I've been to before (a recurring dream scenario.) I ask her to get me a kind of beer I like, and she disappears to get it. Then I go outside, I don't really want to be with her, I want to be with WH. I look outside and see galaxies, and get some sort of information from looking at the stars. Some sort of 'reminder'. I then tell someone besides myself, that if I will an alien spaceship to appear, it will. I wait for him to challenge me. I then wake up, still seeing the stars, forming a constellation that kind of looks like a silhouette picture of WS. As I wake up, I realize that I've been clubhopping with someone who is dead. In the dream I didn't have that sort of awareness. It spooks me a little.

Notes: I've never been a WH fan, never liked her music much, although I do appreciate her talent. Never knew much about her, other than what you hear on tabloid shows. Don't know what brought her to my subconscious, and what she had to do with my former friend.
The part in the stars was a joyful event (the whole dream was fun and happy.) It's the first pleasant dream I've had since my surgery, but I was told that nightmares are common, possibly a side effect of anesthesia.

I got up at 4am thinking that I had neglected to do something important that I was supposed to and went on to have the same frustrating dream. Entirely psychological, but very exhausting.
I was going to a friend's wedding, and was late. When I got to the arena, I found out I was supposed to be in the wedding party (a bridesmaid) and was shown the clothes I was supposed to wear. After picking up my clothes as quick as possible, I decided to run to the bathroom so I could take a quick shower and then run to the wedding ceremony itself. As I ran from the tent where the clothes were to the bathroom where I could take a shower (which was inexplicably in the opposite side of the clothes tent, and farther away from the 'church' part of it, I ran and ran, and the closer I got to where I was going to the slower I went. To the point where I was almost running in place (or running in slowmo) and I could see people around me, looking critically at me as if I couldn't fulfill my duties. The faster I tried to go the slower I went, and the closer I got to the place where I was supposed to go the slower I went. When I finally woke up, I could barely wake up, I had slept "too much" and I was fuzzy and exhausted.
Then I went to the office to check on that thing I needed to do and found out that I wasn't too late, still have Tuesday. So all that running for nothing.

After going through train tracks and a spiderweb covered in dirt and ants, we decided to head back, as this wasn't a good idea. When we got back to the park the attendants wouldn't let us in, and I had to call my 'husband', who turned out to be OK, who was with my brother W., who looked like he was my son's age.

Disneyworld, like the Emerald City, are fantasy havens where all is promised to be wonderful and questions/problems are resolved magically. This is nice to dream about but has no connection to reality. If you would have stayed with the dirty path you may have found some real answers. Counter-intuitive yes, but this theme recurs.
Stay with the program, unpleasant though it seems, and resolve to find your self again in the real world.
You know me - just reaching for the possible but unlikely thoughts.

A continuation of nightmares. I wonder how long these will last. This one was obviously TV inspired, as I saw something on TV that directly gave shape of this horror.
Basically we were in a meeting in which many of the parents were shooting each other, and I was attempting to protect my son without calling attention to his presence. Very stressful and movie-esque.
We actually got out alive after the meeting broke up, and I was considering going to someone I know for help when the alarm went off.

In dream #2, I was getting ready to take a bath. Then I saw a small tropical fish floating in the air, and another one flopping on the bathroom floor. I picked him up and put him in the bathtub. I wondered if the bubbles in the water would hurt him, but I had no other option, this was where I had water. As I picked up small flopping fish (and observed them floating in the air) I realized they had to be coming from somewhere.
I looked 'behind' the wall, and discovered that there was a fish store (pet shop) next door on the other side of the wall, and there were many aquariums. Fish were jumping from the aquariums, would float in the air as if they were swimming, float through the wall, and at some point lose speed and fall on the floor. I wondered what I could do, besides rescuing them and putting them in my bathtub, to later return them to their tanks. I thought about why the tanks were not covered on the top, and soon woke up.
Don't remember one of the dreams, other than knowing about it.

Two dreams. We were traveling around the middle east. Flying. My husband was flying a plane. We got to where we were going, and landed. We were joined with various people and we were split in two cars to get to our destination. My son was in the other car. The driver of my car (a local) could not keep up with the other car, and we soon lost it. None of us knew where we were going (apparently, not even the driver, although he belonged to whoever was in charge) and I remembered that I had my cellphone. I was going to call my son to have him ask the driver what road they were on (they went down under a bridge and we were on an overpass) but someone said they knew where we could meet. We then met and reunited, and talked about where we were supposed to go. (I knew when I woke up, but now it's fuzzy.) I went back to sleep, and woke up later with an interesting conversation between dream characters. They were discussing where and why they got split up and how they could improve communication in the future. I was just observing this conversation. It was obvious these were self-aware aspects that were discussing their role in the 'exercise'. It was interesting.

The night before last, something about a vacation through a fantasy fairy land on a train, I jump on a giant tree off the train, followed by my husband and another person who I don't know but wasn't welcome.

I'm not sure this one was last night. Maybe an early one or one the night before I had forgotten about. We were acting in a play and at some point decided to take a break. There was a vending soda machine and I went to where there was a line in front of it. Approaching the end of the line I saw my dad, who gave me a kind of dry smile and didn't speak, just 'mentated' hi. I came to him and spoke to him. Upon awakening I had the impression it 'really' wasn't him, just some self aspect. But it sure was nice to see him, after all these years. (He passed in the eighties).

I'm not sure if this was a dream or a projection- but in the dream I was sleeping next to my "boyfriend" that looked somewhat different than in regular life. Something with the eyebrows. I was actually looking at both of us as we lay in bed, and saw the scene as if I were looking down from above us. When I woke up, we were in the same position as in the dream (and he's my hubby). So I don't know if regular dream or feedback.

Two or three dreams-
In the last one, I was watching a music video, in which an orthodox jewish man was singing and dancing (kind of like Matisyahu) but a hip-hop song. The tune was so catchy that I wrote it down, and it's still in my head. Also, the title of the song was "Thank You Baby" and it spoke of how she saved him from a very limited life. Oh, and his voice sounded a lot like Michael Bolton. It was very vivid, and it makes me think the song exists, as the production was very 'real'.

what a wonderful dream, so positive, so 'thank you baby' so encouraging.
I didn't realize you could write music on a staff! You are a mystery wrapped in a conundrum - love it!
Actually, more down to earth, you don't surprise me, because surprising me seems to be the norm.
Now I should consider the context of the dream.
Umm, it is full of symbolism, characterization, will take me a bit to get the heart of it - if ever I can. Ho Ho . :)

Three dreams.
I was jumping on a pogo stick. I was having so much fun, childlike. Every time I jumped up I would see wonderful star views. It was glorious. Then I woke up and went to the bathroom, and tried to go back to this simple yet joyful dream.

Then we were in a hotel, on vacation. My son was jumping up and down in a bed (as he used to do when he was little) and he hurt his head. He had two bumps, one on his upper right, and one on the back of his head. I said let's go to the hospital, but he said he was ok. I woke up again, this time it was around five o'clock.

In this dream I was outside, and the sky was full of stars, very clear. We were in Georgia (?) and were enjoying watching meteor showers. Every time I saw one I'd yell it out loud. It was fun. Then all of a sudden we began to see many lights moving at the same time. I thought we were being pelted with many meteors, and waited for explosions, but none came. Then all of a sudden there were hundreds of lights in the sky, moving in tandem. Then they grew larger, looked more like orbs, instead of moving stars. I thought 'these are not meteors'. Now there was a policeman next to me. He asked me if I believed in UFOs, and I immediately said no, I didn't believe in them. (my natural paranoia). Then I started running to take cover, I didn't know what was going to happen with the orbs, which I was convinced were UFOs. So I walked south and found a small adobe house, and went in. Inside were a group of women dressed in black clothes, with balaclavas an everything. They were speaking in Polish. I went inside and sat on a chair, and immediately a woman said in broken english, that people that didn't understand them were not allowed in, and they didn't speak english. I heard one speak spanish to another one, so I told her I speak spanish and then she spoke to me, and said I could stay- and said that the reason that they didn't allow anyone in that didn't speak their language(s) was to protect them, because if they didn't understand they would feel lonely, so it was a form of protecting them, not themselves. I believe I started telling them why I was there, but the dream drifted or I woke up.

I had one of those 'informational' dreams last night. Someone was explaining a lot of stuff to me and I have no recollection of it. What I do remember is seeing my former minister (now deceased.) I was telling her about my life and about some insights that I had gotten since I last talked to her. She then asked me a key question that made me think, and I woke up. ATM I don't recall what the question was but I'm sure it's going to come back to me.

I just remembered a dream I had two nights ago. It had to do with a recurring dream I usually have that involves feeding birds- this time I discover the birds, they have plenty of food and greens. I make a mental note to check their water and to come back to check them again.
I have not had good dream recall for the most part because I'm not sleeping well (or at all.) However, sometime last night I received a name I forgot to write down- if the circumstances come back about it I'll write it down.
There was something about two boyfriends that don't exist in real life- maybe in the next? is what I thought when I woke up.

Early morning dream.
I was in my bed, drying my son, who had just taken a shower or bath. He was about six years old in this dream.
Now I was in my bed, and I look at the right (opposite) side of the bed. Standing by the bed, looking like a child, with wet hair, was my mother. When I saw her I wasn't lucid, and then her presence as a child brought it to me, and I thought "she can't be here, she is dead." Then I looked at her, who was smiling, and I told her I loved her. When I said it she started to become blurry, and I said it again, and sent her love from my heart, and she completely dissipated before me.
I shortly woke up, and found out I had a horrible headache. Horrible. I got up and my hubby, who was in the bathroom when I got up, got me a couple of aspirins, and I had to sit around for a while before going back to bed.

The night before last night: My mother had a castle by the sea. In it we all had rooms. My younger brother and my sister were on opposite ends, he was looking out the window staring at a jungle garden, my sister had a room that overhung the sea, and the water came in through the lower level of the room (two levels). The water came in (pounding surf) and when it did, some of it splashed on her bed. I asked her how can she sleep at night, and she just shrugged. My oldest brother and I had other rooms in the house, but I didn't see him, and I can't remember anything specific about my room.

Last night's (or rather, morning's) dream was depressing, about me going back to school after I graduated. Lost and unhappy.

ruminating the past, the variances of sibling paths reaching forward to present. reluctance, perhaps regret, perhaps choices made desperately of despair. the spiritual path may not deliver happiness found in it's starting moments, but one is delivered beyond any path's ability to momentarily satiate desires. the road least taken oft looks back, but when one a-gain turns, well...they've turned, to step out into new ground never before humanly walked upon. this does require specifics, this merely requires the eye ever in awe of the unseen scene seen. remembrance forges the road less traveled, for every stepped foot of it is now open for any that would follow. this is important in such as todays world, where the many upon the road most tripped over never get out of history's entrench-ments. pluck the fig from fig-ment of such a roomed house, eat it, for sustenance to step out a-gain re-newed.

Robert Frost ~ The Road Not Taken

TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth; 5

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same, 10

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back. 15

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference. 20

~

AH...this 20 + YOU (3in1) = 23, AHYAH...this 20 or 10/10 = 1, that 1 + YOU as 3 = 4, the 4th; yet YOU is 1, and 1+1 = 2, the 2 [twins] that are 1/1 = 1, the 1 that is T[woe]d; woe = voe because a double u or uu = v [vav], voe means turned, metanoia ~ inwardly free, kept first for another day!

Last night's dream was totally about the previous dream.
I had gone back to work to my previous job, and 'woke up' in it, realized it was 2am. The reason I didn't realize it was so late is that everyone was there- apparently there were two shifts and the lights were on. I then got up to leave, and as I walked to the parking lot I realized that due to the security implications of this job, the nighttime shift did things differently- you had to be taken to the parking lot, and allowed there, if you had all the proof you worked there (in other words, you had to go through a ridiculous rigmarole to get out of there during the night.) So I showed my Id and was shown to tunnels that I had to go through to get to the other side. There were others, so I joined them as we went through this underground tunnel. When we got to the other side, there was a river we had to cross with a ferry, and I got into the ferry and crossed through the water with the others that went with me. The scenery was beautiful, it was a nice ride, but long. When I finally got to the parking lot, now there were a series of locks and fences and elevators and all manner of bs to go through, but I did, and finally got to my car. I then thought that this wasn't worth the bs just to go back to work.
Then I woke up, reflecting on the answer I had received from the previous dream, and realized that going back to 3d work is not what I yearn for, and I wondered if my next thing is feet first- and then I heard a voice that said "not feet first" and said other stuff I (naturally) forgot. Even said a name, that may or may not come back, will come back to it if it does.

heart first, the heart within is synonymous with the earth as life out.....here. life is 'what' you are with, and unless the heart is on board one can walk their whole life with feet going nowhere, because where is not of things, it is of You. so, it isnt even head first, surrender nineveh. the literality of words is a real stumper to get away from and within with. if ya got two feet out here, ya must have two feet within, like a child that puts on footied pjs. them thar feet step from the heart.

the throat chakra is twain two equals as 100/100 [200], above and below, Pythagorean Theorum...Euclid. point being, the feet stem from the heart, the heart feeds itself first and then feeds all else, even that which is above the shoulders waits on the heart's feed. that's both a physical fact and a spiritual truth. we as humans subjective uses facts to point at truth, but truth is truth pointing at nothing, while facts objectively point at everything. why is this? because one cannot see themself, only feel themself being.

the path is not external, the life is external. the path is for that which lives the life, thus in living the life is the path, the path is living. it is that simple.

This one goes on as a dream, although I think it was an astral experience.
I was dreaming a friend of mine, JF (who moved away two or three years ago) had given me her new house to live in. I was flying around the house in circles, and all of a sudden I saw her walking ahead of me in circles also. I found this to be curious, no matter how fast I flew she did not cross paths with me, when I ran into her she was always in front of me, walking forward. I realized this wasn't normal, and decided that she wasn't herself, that she was probably my own projection, produced by my astral double. At this moment I wasn't sure if I was her or if she was me. At some point she turned around and looked straight at me. I assumed we would then merge, but instead of this, she just stared at me, no recognition. Then I realized she and I weren't one. I then woke up, and reflected that her house looked like someone else's house, his name being JS, who is an old man my hubby used to work for. I hope he is ok.
I woke up to random images that I couldn't focus well on.

Postapocalyptic dream scenario. I think this is my second one this month. Can't remember what it was about or if I wrote it down here. But anyway, here it is: We were walking among ruins. There were people, not many. They were trying to live as if nothing had happened, and seemed disgusted by how we were living. We had chickens, vegetable gardens, and had collected books about how to make certain things, and spices and seeds. Not glamorous, but we were doing fine. A well dressed man was telling me why he disapproved of what we were doing. I told him that once their stuff ran out, they'd need to know how to cultivate and make things for themselves. He didn't seem to understand. My husband was teaching someone how to do something (fix or make something, I can't remember.) I was very proud and happy to be with him. I felt protected.

This dream features a recurring theme but with atypical characters and circumstances.
I was talking to my paternal grandmother, who was very fun and loving, who told me of an italian restaurant she owned (she didn't own a restaurant IRL, but was italian and we ate lasagna at her house on Sundays after church when I was growing up). I went to see the restaurant that I was supposed to work in, and felt very good about it, felt a lot of affection for my grandmother, who I don't see often in dreamstate. The place turned into a nightclub, and I soon woke up.
As I woke up I heard a name mentioned: Wiezak County. Haven't looked that up yet, don't know if it exists.

Woke up early to pee- 5AM. Had trouble going back to sleep, and eventually went down and had a pleasant dream on my right side. Woke up from it, and turned to my other side, and proceeded to feel vibes and such. Had no separation, simply phenomena- I felt like I was trying to project but there were various voices and personalities in my room yelling at me. They were not 'evil' or 'menacing'- however, they were wildly annoying- making noises- loud discordant music and loud speaking. At some point I 'astrally' yelled at them to shut up, and they did for a second, and went on to continue the cacophony. Frustrated, I turned again and took off my earplugs to make sure my husband wasn't making noise- total silence. I finally lay there until it was time to wake up.
I know it wasn't entities- I do know this was some sort of fragmentation of my mind, who is going through some stuff, and was directly manifesting as many voices, figures and sound. I have an annoying set of subconscious or semiconscious manifestations. :x

I realized I could go to my mother's house during the break, and called her on my cell phone (not so easy with dream brain, lol) and then set about to pack my bags, round up my stuff (the place was messy with my other roommates' stuff) and find my keys to drive home for the break. I went to some sort of youth rally related to my church- and then someone stops me and asks me for ID. I realize I just 'arrived' there straight from my regular life and had no ID or bags or anything- and say so. I am then escorted to what amounts to an ashram populated by buddhist-monk types, and was told that while I had no ID I could not interact with the young'uns, only with the monks. I was given a robe to wear, and told I could only eat from a certain buffet and only on the food served in square purple plates (there were very few). They were pretty and sparkly, and I was very hungry, but I couldn't find buffets that had the plates and the food- and then one monk-guide told me he would help me, and found me a plate full of vegetarian food- something like rice and pieces of bready-looking cubes and maybe vegetables. I ate, and it was time to sleep (longish dream). I went to sleep with the monk, in an outdoors terraced grassy yard that was bordered in railroad ties or large bricks, and next to a cliff, so if I rolled off his arms I could fall a long way down. I felt weird sleeping with him, but there was no sexy stuff going on, only sleeping. The next morning when I woke up I was offered the opportunity to go to my 'camp' and get my things so I could join the rally, but I realized I wasn't 'from the camp', that if I went back it would be home (to my regular life) and not back to the rally at all. Then I woke up.

I was on the way (airplane) to somewhere, and wasn't even dressed for it. Was barefoot. Somehow I got stranded in my island. I had not planned to stop there, and found myself needing to find a place to stay, but was shoeless and couldn't walk anywhere. At some point I acquired a guide, who told me he'd drive me somewhere. I asked to go to my grandmother's house, but when we arrived I remembered that she had passed away and the house would be closed up, no one there to greet me. This made me sad-and stranded. Then my guide told me he'd take me to a place he could always rely on- and when we got there, it turned out to be the house of a friend of mine from high school, who I haven't kept in touch with since- in 36 years. When we walked in the house, there was an older woman I didn't recognize, and we sat in the living room and reminisced. She had long hair and there was a symbol of a red cross somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I actually visited her or the person I had in mind- it's a kind of a blur to me.

This morning's dream: I'm in a house with many other people. I don't know any of them. I get the impression I was in a party and ended up there, for a few days. Now I want to go, and I ask someone for the address of the house so I can ask someone to give me a ride home. The first person (a woman, but there was something different about her) tells me that the name of the place is irrelevant, because no one ever goes there, and no one knows where it is. I then get the impression that I am some sort of a prisoner, and I look at another person, also a woman who gives me two street names. I immediately call 'home' and leave a message saying the names of the streets the girl gave me and I start walking towards the door. Another person (maybe a guy this time, there were at least six people there) tells me that I shouldn't go out so close to the evening, because it's a bad place and things happen to people out after dark. The impression I have to get out of there ASAP is strong, also there is some level of 'metaphysical/'magic' learning going on there, that I was supposed to be there as a school but it's not what I expected, and I must escape- so I walk outside. It's still daytime, but I can tell it's going to be dark soon. I start walking what amounts to moderately attractive city streets, and start calling 'home' again. I believe in the previous call I had either talked to my father or his answering machine- so I start calling 'home' again, and no one is answering. Now, I see people walking around, which seem ok, and I'm looking for a bus stop or something like a 'neutral' store (like a drugstore or a dept store). As I walk trying to look for a street name, a man approaches me and solicits me. I ignore him and walk away from him, as fast as I can, and he starts to follow me quite aggressively, and I try to get lost in the crowd. I end up in an area with many people, all nasty-looking men and another tries to mug me. Now I'm trying to find the stores to duck in before it gets any darker, frantically trying to phone anyone who could come to pick me up. No one is picking up. As I run and try to hide, I woke up.

New chapter in a serial dream: We were in a new house. It was bigger than the house we live in now, but it was 'recently lived in'. As we surveyed it, I wondered why we kept getting new houses. I was thinking of all the houses we kept moving into, just leaving the old one behind. (this only happens in dreams, we've only moved twice in over forty years). I then realized that the moving was appropriate, we had never bitten off more than we could chew, and all the houses that we used to occupy went to others after we were done with them. Then came to memory, in order, both physical and dream houses and how I used to feel about them- And I could see how they were happily occupied, and I even came to realize that the one I previously worried about we rejected, so we never ended up in two places at the same time, even though I had previous anxious dreams about that.
Another item in this dream is that in previous dream situations I always felt that my husband was the one who decided to move and I reluctantly went along with it (obviously symbolic of my animus, IMO), but now I was happily making the choice to move, and was wondering how to go back to our present house to get the cats and our stuff into our 'new' house.
As we walked around, we saw that the previous occupants had left some stuff we didn't want- so my husband and my son picked up a big ugly yellow sofa and carried it to the back balcony, and met the neighbor lady outside. We then decided that the outside balcony was perfect for this plastic couch and we sat to talk to her about the previous family that lived there. Then we saw a few pets, that they had left. And inside a piece of furniture we found a little chinese baby that they had adopted (alive, she had stranded herself in this part of it)- apparently they had adopted this chinese baby girl as part of some sort of program to save her life, and she had some sort of scholarship. We decided to keep her and proceeded to feed her and change her. I wondered about this strange addition to our little family- extra pets and children too.
I then woke up.

I had at least three dreams I am aware of, one of them of note:
I am in a dept store. I'm looking for some electronics equipment. I see the cashier of the place, a woman I've been tasked to find. I half-recognize her, but her hair is a little shorter than her picture I've seen. I go to talk to her about the product (which is a microphone, obvious symbolism here). I purchase the item and walk out of the store. When I get home there is an additional item in the bag- a silky black with iridescent colors garment, could be a jacket or a blouse- and I open it, and as I put it on a hanger I remember her saying to enjoy the present moment, and I decide to use it for a party.

Another hungry bird dream. I used to get them all the time, then they seemed to stop, and now started again. I was in my house, and looked at a couch I was sitting on. I got up (looking for something) and towards the bottom, I see something moving, quickly, and detect duck feet. I move things around, and see that there is a baby bird in the bottom of the box. I see it jump out, and then see, that all over the floor are tiny baby birds- cockatiels and chickens. The chickens are not as small as 'newborn'- they are starting to look like small hens, kind of not quite mature, but not like tiny fluffballs either. I realize they are hungry, so I run to the part of the house that has dry goods. I see an asian man and I ask for birdseed- I figure all the assorted birds will eat them. So the man tells me the seeds are in a storeroom that had two doors, and unthinkingly I jump in (I'm in a hurry to feed the birds) and see I'm in an 'interior' room and feel uneasy- then I see there is another door on the other side of the room, and open it. I realize it's not a trap and grab the seeds and start going out the other door, when my husband wakes me up.
I was mad, I wanted to feed the birds first before waking up.

I was studying to be an exorcist, and was being taught by a pastor who was supposed to be teaching me. He had a 'patient' and was reciting the exorcism prayer. I then took someone else and started saying the prayer to them. Immediately the person's mouth opened up (which surprised me, I thought we were practicing) and a snake came out of his mouth. The more I said the prayer the more the snake stretched out of his mouth, trying to bite me. I kept at this for a long while, the snake doing his best to reach me, while I kept him back. I continued this for a long time and eventually, either the snake went away or disappeared. At some point the pastor and I were done, and were sitting around resting a bit after our work, and the phone rang. It was my husband, asking me how it was going, me telling him it was no biggie.
Then I woke up, wondering about this, before it was time to get up. Stayed in bed thinking about it and then I got up.

I found myself in the house my grandmother lived in when I was growing up, except it was the previously-dreamed of version in which it abuts a bay or lake. In this version my mother had brought us to visit with some people that 'used to live there'. I knew them in the dream but not well- people that we had known as children but never saw again. In the dream I was told that we sometimes went to this place but were not supposed to. As antechamber to this 'place' was my great-grandmother's room and bathroom. It was 'sacred space' to me, as in previously dreamed dreams. So we find ourselves in this place and 'fall' into this other place that we were not supposed to be in, but were brought there by my mother.
I visit with the people in the house, who are now old, and their children live there now. They also work there, as if the place were a ship and the work area were the bottom/engine room of a barge. (The apartment is a barge now.) When we're done reminiscing I ask to leave, and they tell me the only way is to go downstairs. I realize my mother is no longer there and she is the only one that can 'open the door to the outside' so we can go out. The only other way is going down, but as I've peeked in, there is no door, and this part is underwater. We cannot leave. I try calling my mom, no one is answering the phone (I had a 'special' phone to get in contact with my mom). Interestingly, I have the consciousness that my grandmother and great-grandmother are on the 'other side' but I have no such knowledge about my mother. I'm just feeling abandoned because we're in this barge with no means of getting out, and the way offered seems foolhardy and dangerous-a trap.
At some point I wake up, not having found a solution to my dilemma. (Which seems obvious to me, but it didn't while I was 'in').

I'm in a training school session. A group of students and one teacher is in a classroom that looks like an empty cube. We're tasked with producing a landscape in it. I quickly produce a scene that is pleasing to me- a beach scene. I'm very happy that it came out exactly as I wanted it to be. Now the scenery has fleshed out and looks 'real'. All of a sudden, I feel like I'm lifted up in the air, and elevated to where I begin to be afraid. An unseen hand has picked me up and is levitating me to different areas in the room/scene. I am terrified and start talking to 'it' asking it to put me down. After a bit I come down carefully. All the other students are sitting in their school desks, mouths agape at what has happened. I leave the room and go to another room, where there is a teacher. I ask the teacher to be monitored, and explain what happened. The original teacher is very displeased that I have come to the other teacher, and denies anything different happened.
After I woke up I wondered if the 'grabbing' was part of the 'training', and if I failed the test after asking for help, especially since I had 'persuaded' the force to put me down.
I do welcome opinions on this here dream.

Hi CFT,
For me this dream of yours tell´s me about you not wanting leave your Comfort zone, you go back to the old teacher asking about what just happened, without trying to feel what it could mean, or to ask the force who levitated you...fear of the anknown....very understandertable though....
Have you noticed or do you do in this state, Dream state or what you call it....that if you dare to open up to the information all is there...I noticed in that Dream of mine when I was taken away from the University by the good looking man...I noticed that I had to be very Quick and face and admit what it awoked in me...and I noticed all the information was there...and why I miss out in my Dreams is that I do not dare to admit or be honest...I deny and make up an acceptable explanation....

So in few word´s your Dream tell´s me fear of the anknown and fear to face the reality...about your own potential....

Just recently I was on a rubber raft (swimming pool thing) and floating around in a skyscraper landscape when it occurred to me that a small wind could tip me over. I was really nervous about that but I thought , so what if it does. I can fly after all. Which is true, but it didn't feel too comforting. I was afraid maybe this time I'd plummet to the streets below.

In another dream, knowing I was dreaming I figured this is just a dream, I can do anything I want. So suffice it to say I squeezed a pretty girl's buns and, boy was I surprised by the all-to real-life consequences of that rude and disrespectful act.

In both cases I knew I was dreaming, but in the first I didn't have the confidence I should have, and in the second one I was overconfident to say the least.

So the nature of lucidity is not constant. Your unease at being lifted aloft made me think of this. These scenarios point to a vague problem and I really don't have an answer perhaps because of its very vagueness. Is a question of freedom? Why should feel constrained or doubtful in a world of our own making? It questions the subjective nature of the dream or maybe not.

In the girl dream I suppose my own moral code resulted in an embarrassing rebuke. So, in effect I punished myself. In the floating dream my self-confidence, or lack thereof, resulted in a frightening moment. Taken together, I must re-evaluate the lucid dreamscape, which I suppose I figured was much more objective than it really is. I'll hope for a resolving dream that highlights the perception of myself as displayed by these very different dreams. (?)

It questions the subjective nature of the dream or maybe not. Good insight, I have to meditate about it.
I've always been afraid of my own power, and I need to get over it. But what you said makes just as much sense, and it's something I must deal with.

Another Disney nightmare
The family (us) were wandering about somewhere in Disney(world/land) when we got in a boat-related ride. In this dream my son was a young child, about 8. The ride was filling with water and it was drowning him, so I sat him on my lap. The attendants told me it wasn't safe, and made me get out of the boat, and he and his dad were moved to a boat that didn't sink. I then went to get into another boat but somehow I had lost a shoe and now wasn't allowed in the boat again. When I went into the building where you wait until the riders debark, I was asked who I was waiting for, and they looked at me funny when I explained about my missing shoe, because now it was back on my foot, but the sock was missing. I could feel the shoe on my bare foot, and it wasn't exactly comfortable, but it was dry. When my hubby and my son rejoined me, my son looked his age.
Sometime before the Disney arrival, I had dreamed the usual dream of having a large house connected to a mall, and traversing the mall to get to the my living area, and generally socializing in the stores on my way there.

For the last two nights I have dreamed about my (already passed) parents.
Yesterday I had a version of a recurring dream I've had for years, in which I am with my dad and we interact, me being uncomfortably aware that he died and came back (where we are this happens all the time, but not everyone there has been dead). I want to ask him where he went when he was dead (there is a feeling of physicality in this, as if he had come back in a version of his old body, as if he had gone 'somewhere', and come back, and is now back with us. He (as usual) refuses to talk about it (or tells me he doesn't remember, but I know this is not true). In this version of the dream he looks younger, his hair has begun to darken (he was blond in life, his hair looks brownish-blond now) and I tell him he seems to be getting younger every time I see him. He laughs and says he doesn't know why that is.
Last night I was dreaming of something else when all of a sudden I hear a telephone ring, I pick up the phone (now I'm awake and it's a hypnopomp) and I hear my mother's voice, very hoarse say "Hola C." and then something that sounds like "I'm here to help" or "I need help" I'm not sure which, since at hearing her voice I get startled and lose the plot. I try to go back to the state to see if she can tell me more, and I fall off into a dream scene (also recurring) in which I'm at my grandfather's house, which has been converted into something else, and is now barely recognizable.
Psychologically I know why I'm dreaming of my mom, (and in a way, my dad) but the hearing of her voice startled me.

I've had a busy weekend of dreaming and no time to record it, so I'll see what I can remember.
Friday night/Sat. morning (Feb 15): Was watching a screen, like watching TV, with announcer and everything- showing how there had been (was being) either a terrorist attack or a large gang attack on an official building in Italy. I couldn't figure out whether it was a courthouse or another type of government building (even a Vatican building, due to the number of nuns walking around)- however the building itself had no artistry, so I can't be sure. It basically showed a massacre, people being murdered, first inside the building, and then outside, a hail of bullets tearing a wall down and the bullets hitting innocent passerby's. There was a horrible scene inside the building when people were hiding inside niches in the walls, waiting for the machine gun fire to stop, and some of them got shot when they thought it was over and came out. It was too long, very horrible and unfortunately graphic for me, as if I were floating around the events.
Last night's on the next post.

I had two separate alien-themed dreams.

First:
I was in the house where I grew up, a kind of 'alternate past' type-dream, or a different look at things that happened. In it, I was living the same life but I could 'see' other figures in the house too- they were 'friends of the aliens' that lived with us, but no one else could see them. They looked like cartoons- imagine a memory with cartoon characters superimposed on the action- but these cartoons were actual 'friends of the aliens', who would tell me when 'the aliens' were coming. There was a scene when I was walking down the street in front of my house, when my 'cartoon friend' told me to go under a roof, and I then could look up in the sky and see a flying saucer. At some point I got up and went to the bathroom and went back to bed, and had

dream number two:
I was in a house that is not my regular house, and my 'cartoon character' friends were telling me that it was time for the aliens to do medical checkups on us. He told me that if everything was ok I would see an elephant. This checkup was for everybody, but no one knew about it, I only knew because my 'cartoon advisor' let me know it would happen. I then told him I would be ok, since I knew what was coming. Later on I was in the backyard of someone's house (a neighbor?) and her friend from India brought to their house a small elephant (a calf). I immediately knew this meant that the aliens had found everything ok and we'd be ok.
I then got up again , now it was like 4:30am, got up, walked around, etc. and went back to bed.

Third dream.
I am now in a medical facility of some sort. I'm sitting in one of those chairs where they take your blood. I knew I was in the 'alien medical checkup'. They're taking blood samples, and although it doesn't hurt, I can feel it. Then I say something to the medical attendant (like I know what this is and I know it's going to be ok.) Then someone behind me approaches my neck and blows hard in my ear. (Not in my ear, but blows at me to shut me up.) This startles/scares the heck out of me and I wake up, in bed, in the same position I was in the dream with my arms bent as if someone were taking blood samples from my arm-and the effect was of being there and closing my eyes when someone blew in my ear.

I can't believe I almost forgot to record this.
My last dream of the night, the one I remember. It went from 5:00 to 6:00am.
In this dream time started to go backwards. I began to notice when my son started to look younger. I also noticed that every time a day passed he seemed to get the equivalent of two years younger. I have the recollection of going through days and nights. We were also starting to look younger too, and it became distressing when he looked like he was about eight years old. At some point, we became other people, and I couldn't figure out clearly who was who. In this 'version' we were '60's style hippies, except that I was born before the sixties, so that makes it impossible to have been a previous life (unless the multidimensional-simultaneous existence theory is correct) and everything was, well, psychedelic. At some point the going backwards messed with my mind and I became confused, not knowing 'who' I was, and then it was time to get up.
My mind gets weirder and weirder, it seems.

Another exorcism dream.
The usual: There is a 'demon' seeking to possess either me or someone else. At first I feel fear, then I remember I can exorcise it. At first I forget the exorcism prayer, then it comes back to me and I say it. After I've successfully said it, it goes away, and I realize that I could have also asked for help from the Archangel St. Michael, and then I wake up fully.

So I dreamed that both families (mine and his, living and dead) were on a cruise, and we were trying to figure out logistics to go out to dinner. I wanted my son to go with my sister in law and his cousins to dinner, so that they somehow wouldn't miss dinner, and there were so many of us that we didn't know how to arrange for 'us' to go out and make sure the bases were covered.
When I woke up, my husband told me that he was dreaming our son was in a football team and we were all trying to figure out dinner arrangements, because his family was visiting and wanted to go with us. We then, in his version, were trying to figure out the logistics of going out to dinner in both groups.

Even though it wasn't 'officially' a shared dream, it had many similar components- in both there were two groups, one of them being his family, and in mine instead of the football team it was my side of the family.

Interesting correlation.

I was driving in my car when I stopped at an office to get some paperwork or something. I had just woken up and threw on some old clothes. When I got there, the man in the office gave me some papers to fill out and started interviewing me for a job. I wasn't expecting this but I took the interview, thinking I wouldn't be hired because I looked like a bum, hence not ready. I then left the office and started heading "home" to tell my mom what just had happened, it was so strange. When I walked into what I thought was home, (not my present home, and not the house I grew up in) it was a large stadium-like arena, like a cross between a stadium and a church, with a lectern in the middle. There was someone in the center giving a lesson. In one side of the room I see my grandmother (my dad's mom) and I go see her. She might have been surrounded by her sisters or one of her nieces (an aunt who is still alive, but old- she came by 2 years ago to visit and I found her very old). I hugged my grandmother and asked about my grandfather. I could visualize him in my mind's eye (of the dream me) but I couldn't see him. I thought she said he was dead. (?) I didn't see my dad but didn't ask because I see him all the time. Just not there. Then across the arena, in the opposite side of the stadium, I could see my mother, sitting there watching the 'show'. She had no conscious awareness of my presence, so I went to her. I then hugged her and started telling her of my weird morning (the interview) but she was more interested in the 'show' than in what I was telling her. I then woke up later on, and can't remember what else I dreamt after I woke up and fell asleep shortly again.

Long one.
I was dreaming I was in some other planet that wasn't earth. It was nighttime or it was dark. We were working in some type of water environment, on the surface. There were small platforms in which we could walk 'on' the water, and there were areas of some danger that we were supposed to stay away from. I believe at some point I was in the water (dark) but was safe. We then were supposed to go around a landmass to get to another sector we were supposed to work in. I suggested we go through the water, since we were already in it, but the man in charge showed me the scene in which there were many dangerous-looking rocks and heavy surf. I realized it wasn't safe, because the waves could hurl us against the rocks. So we resolved to go to the surface and then get to where we were supposed to go to.
At some point I found myself in a space suit, in a space ship, getting ready to take off. As my surroundings shook, I knew this was the most dangerous part of the voyage, as anything could happen. I could barely moved in my suit and was surrounded by 'pod', and surrounded by 'ship'. But I had a view of the space outside, which helped with the claustrophobia. As the 'rocket' started going up, I started to panic, and could feel a great deal of breeze around my body, and began to think there was a rip in my suit and would die horribly. I talked with someone in some kind of a link, and was reassured that everyone else could feel the breeze because it was the ventilation system in the suit. I calmed down somewhat, but still was nervous. A while later (and after a brief wake up moment) I was in some sort of a space station. We had arrived from the previous dream scene and now were in a medium-sized room, floating with about three or four different people. A man with a beard and a woman with very short hair are in my memory, (the ones I interacted with, but there were others there). The man with the beard seemed to have some authority and was instructing us on what our jobs were, and then suggested that when our duties were over we'd like to try having sex at zero-G, *wink wink* but not officially, of course. After that I went to talk to the woman with the short hair, and I woke up soon after.
It was a long, continuous dream. I don't know how long it lasted in real time but I woke up at least twice during it, and went back to sleep back to it until the morning.

She told me her new husband was supposed to enlist/be hired but didn't pass his entrance examination, and had been rejected. He was angry and embarrassed, she was crying and didn't want to go home. Two parter. The first part is the classic (now classic for me) amusement park that goes wrong scenario, but with a twist. Doubles. My son falls from an amusement park ride, I hold on to him, he somehow duplicates himself and one double falls while the other one stays with me. When we get to the bottom we meet the doppelganger who was not injured, and I then plan to take both twins home, wondering how that's going to work.
Then I wake up with a terrible cough, it's my husband's time to get up. I get up for a bit, and go to bed again, and have a hard time going to sleep, but eventually I do.
Now I'm sitting in front of a very picturesque cafe, something that could be in Italy, or St. Augustine (the historical part). We are sitting there having coffee, when other young people sit in the table with us. They are goth-y looking, and start inviting us to go to a club with them. At some point we're walking to the club, and we end up separated from the group (the guy that was walking with and talking to) me tells me he's going to show me something. He then tells me he is a vampire (and so is his crew) and transforms himself- grows fangs right in front of my eyes. I am convinced. I act as I'm not afraid, more like fascinated, but realize that my friend is in danger. For some reason I don't think I'm in danger, as if somewhere in the back of my mind I know how to defend myself if I need to. I then try to get my friend's attention to tell her to go somewhere else. At some point there is a junction with the previous dream, as if we were walking past the area where the previous dream happened in. Then we're back in the original table (with the vampires) waiting to get into this club. I know that if we go there we might not get out again, and start plotting how to get my friend and escape (once again, I'm not afraid for myself, but for my friend, and it's why I'm still there). I wake up before I can resolve the situation and save my friend.

I was in some sort of field trip to a dark and dreary place- like a picnic gone terribly wrong. It was dark (I suspect real time, as it was the early predawn) we were on a beach, but the water was dirty, there was garbage on the beach, and the kids did not look healthy. There was a lot of unpleasantness. I remember thinking "I've outgrown the desire to come to these things." and then, on the other side of the water, in what looked like some sort of platform, there was a bright explosion, and I, on the other side of the beach/water, could feel the searing heat on my skin. I told the people around me "we need to start running now" and as we ran, pieces of what looked like clothes fell behind us, amongst other flying metal projectiles. Once it was over, I made sure everyone was ok, and then started looking for my brother. Then I saw him in another part of the area we were taking cover in, and he was fine. Then the dream ended with a sound like a shot. I woke up. I think the sound was 'real' and woke me up. Don't know what it was.

Last night when I went to bed everything felt wrong- I went to bed feeling the air was dark and as much as I tried to meditate on light, I could not visuallize or 'see' it (I usually light up when I meditate, not last night). I spent countless hours doing energy work in hopes that I could muster up some light, to dissipate the darkness that I felt hovering over me. At some point I went to sleep, but slept fitfully, and woke up every other hour, it seemed. Then in the early morning I attempted to look at hypnopomps to lull myself to sleep, and had a dream that was of a recurring theme- an ongoing dream I've had since around three years since my father passed away- In this dream he is back, has been dead and buried for three years, and has come back. It's a type of "parallel life" type of dream, because in it time passes equally 'here' and in dreamtime. In various other versions of this dream we usually elect not to talk about what happened when he was dead- we only talk about the present time in this other dreamtime. In previous dreams I have dreaded asking him how it was to have been 'dead' dead for three years- but never ask him, or he won't tell me. Last night I was very upset, because I wanted to know what he did in those three years- did he exist? Did he wake up one day in a reanimated body and just get up? How did it happen? The more I wanted to know the further from me he got, until I was very upset. It's not a new dream, but it ended differently than most other versions of it- I woke up afraid, not really knowing of what. I wasn't afraid of him, he was my dad, but I was afraid of what his being 'there' meant- or something. I woke up very afraid, and had to make myself go to sleep again.

The dream started like a 'regular' dream about my life. Somewhere in the dream we ended up in one of the houses that I often dream about. Then all of a sudden we were in a totally different environment that 'turned' into a spaceship-type of environment, a sort of 'fading into' the spaceship- in this environment there were a bunch of us, in a holodeck-type environment, like a 'fake' house, and in this group, were three or four people I don't know, my husband and my son, and a man that looks like an actor I have seen on TV. In the 'holodeck' type of scenario, some of the technicians had messed up the gravity settings, and we started to float, until they fixed it. Then the actor sat with me and asked me to marry him. Then my husband and my son walked into the room, and I asked my son to sit with me, and he didn't want to and sat in another chair. Then my husband congratulated the actor for our engagement (I hadn't accepted) and my husband winked at me and whispered "you should marry him" and then I realized that in this reality my husband wasn't my husband, and we were sort of playing some role in 'this' reality but our relationship was different in that one.
Then I woke up. Or was woken up.

Some more weird-assed dreams. I was in some sort of lecture hall, and was going to give a lecture (about religion) when I suddenly started to levitate. I tried to stop it, concerned that it would freak people out and they would misunderstand, when I then went somewhere and got kidnapped by a terrorist for religious reasons. He told me that I was only a woman and was not fit to be a preacher, and proceeded to urinate on all the religious paraphernalia I had (which consisted of some sort of box that looked like one of those boxes they have in catholic altars, and some other receptacles. At that moment instead of fighting him (because he was crazy) I acted submissive and said something about 'emptying his chamberpot', I grabbbed one of the receptacles and somehow got out of the building he had held me in. I then flashed on a different environment and woke up quickly, with no resolution. (Escaping through waking up instead of escaping through escaping- was not satisfying.)

I was pretending to be scared but wasn't- Then the entity tried to levitate me (horror-story style) so I let go and let it, and it all stopped. It was kind of stupid, I was more concerned about the bugs than the ghosts. I woke up kind of grossed out.

UFO School- I am attending a class that is supposed to be about UFOs- I attend it because I'm curious what it's going to be about. In the hallway to the classroom there is a group that has congregated, waiting for class time. I lean against a wall with everyone else to wait. I observe a small group of guys that look like they came from a frathouse, and see how they're acting- chatting up girls. I get approached by a good looking guy and he starts to talk to me, asking me questions. I surmise that these 'leading' questions are either a way to see if I'm a 'believer'- it is apparent to me that the guy is perfecting a pickup line. Eventually he starts going on about recruiting for a 'voyage to his planet'- yes, he's trying to get me to his dorm room. As I can tell what he's up to, I already have answers (neutral, uncommitted) to his questions and when he finally gets around to trying to get me to his room I laugh and decline. He leaves, kind of good-naturedly. Then there are a group left (after the guys leave, taking their 'catch' with them) and I'm left with a small group of people. Then they start to leave. One portly young girl admires the shoes I'm wearing. I see there's a pile of shoes by the door, some left by the people that got 'abducted'. I give her my shoes and prepare to get my taichi slippers, when I notice there is only one and a half (someone had ripped it.) Even though there were other shoes there, I feel that the guy had ripped my slipper (although it makes no sense)and I proceed to make it through the campus without shoes. Then on the way I see my grandfather (not the one I dream about all the time) tending what looks like a water garden. He tells me to maneuver through the garden and I'll get through easily. I look at the bottom of the garden under the water and it looks like dog poop on the bottom. I tell him, and he said that sometimes dogs use the area as a toilet, it makes 'good fertilizer'. I am disgusted at this and decline the offer and go around the garden, and promptly wake up.

Dream: We were in a bar area, getting ready to go out: An old friend I used to go out with, an actress I don't know, and a performer I don't know. I then found my mother, went to introduce her to my 'actress friend', and she sort of ignored her. I then took my mother back to where we were, where my old friend mentioned "she had forgotten her seal " (she used to be a notary) and I woke up. Later in the morning I went to my recliner and had a short projection.

Dream within a dream
I was in a house where my son (who appeared younger) was at a party. They had gone somewhere (like a field trip) and I was left at the host's house. I got sleepy and closed my eyes, as in meditating.
After a while I began to have visual hallucinations, like the hypnopomps I used to get. They were of pieces of paper, like scrolls. I began to manipulate the visions, moving the papers, and for a bit I tried to invoke images in them, but it was too difficult, so I settled for turning and rotating the pages- playing with the pages themselves, not the content.
Then I woke up in the house, and the kids were back- the host (a man, the father of one of them) told me next year they would be going to India. When I expressed concern about the distance, he said that it would be only for a few hours, like a ride at a theme park.
I then woke up.
No hypnopomps, unfortunately.

Back to School
I was in a new school, and was meeting the teacher of one of the classes- I gave him my experience and the name of my previous teacher (head of a dept. IRL from my college days) and he outlined the classes I was supposed to take.
As I was walking towards the classes I realized I had missed some of the classes already on the day before because of my being unaware. I went to see the teachers and no problem.
Then I got 'home' to find that my partner had taken the 'girls' to where we were supposed to meet, and had left me a list of what I was supposed to bring. I checked and realized I had everything, and started going to wherever we were supposed to meet, and I woke up.

I was in some sort of theater or class. I was in the middle of the lesson when the teachers started talking about the history of the group, stories about the 'founders' of the group or class- when they showed us old pictures my parents both were there, and according to them, they, along with my two aunts (one a 'real' aunt and another one a very close friend of the family who is still living) had started this company/institution. I wanted to tell them that the people in it were my parents, but I felt a bit self-aggrandizing if I did. I woke up in wonderment and still considering whether to let them know who I was.
Since one of my aunts was really in the theatre in her youth, this didn't surprise me about her. But 'knowing' that my parents were also in it (not IRL) was a surprise-a pleasant and proud surprise.

I am not sure if you have read this book, but I found that it was immensely helpful with dream interpretation - It is called 'Inner Work' by Robert Johnson. The book tells us mainly that (hopefully I am not telling you something that you didn't already know) dream images/stories don't usually refer to outside circumstances, only occasionally. Most of the images refer to a part of our own psyche and what that portion would represent to us.

Anyway - I don't want to step on toes as maybe you already have your own method, but I thought that I would try to help out :-)

I am probably the opposite and think that everything pertains to me when some things clearly don't. I think that I dreamed about the World Cup a week ago and saw Brazil winning a game in which the referees were aiding them and the newspapers were in an uproar about it - granted this actually came to pass in reality and had nothing to do with me. Wish I hadn't tried to internalize it and went down to the bookies instead ;-)

This morning, last dream:
I was watching a scene, but I wasn't in it. There was a war scene in which a comedian (not well known, or no one I know) was concerned because he had been sent to the front lines. He was thinking (I could 'think' his thoughts as he was thinking them) that it would be ironic for a comedian to go to war and to be killed by another comedian who was also sent to war. I'm not sure if there was another standup comedian in his company or if his thoughts were 'what ifs'. Anyway, in the end of my dream he was thinking that he should kill the other comedian, and before shoooting, he would (as a joke) shout "Voldemort".
As I was waking up, I had the thought that the word 'Voldemort' (in this case) would be akin to the word "Macbeth" for theater folks.
This dream is obviously a pun. A dark pun.

Dreams of the last few days-
2 days ago I was holding a check in my hands. Something we've been trying to sell for years now. I was happy in it.
3 or 4 dreams last night
In one I went to the Dr. I was pregnant, and I was given a test. I then, instead of going back to the waiting room I went to a beach that was in the back of the office. I was getting ready to go in the water when a nurse called me back in, the Dr. had bad news- the baby in my belly had no signs of life, and I would miscarry. I began to ask what would happen next, and I woke up.
Later dream- back at the same doctor's office, only now he tells me that my cancer came back and I don't have long. I'm ok with this, I start planning how I'm going to spend the days instead of thinking of the final outcome. I wake up.

Wow - this is quite interesting. When i have had baby images it was usually in conjunction with a portion of my psyche being born, but it was usually in meditation rather than a dream. It would be interesting to know what happened beforehand to know what the baby represented. The water for me is always the unconscious, however, for you it may be different. So some part of you is preventing you from getting to the unconscious?

The cancer one is equally interesting because this suggests that a portion of your psyche is eating away at the self potentially? As cancer is generally a negative thing and you previous dream also involving a doctor, I wonder if the baby is actually the positive thing and the cancer would represent a part of you that is eating away at the other.

Anyway - just my two cents :-)

I agree with pretty much everything you said there, Begeegs. With a few exceptions. The water image is prevalent in my dreams, and even though it's always meant the unconscious to me too, I usually see it that way when I'm in it- When I'm looking at it it never occurred to me that it has the same meaning (for a long time now) I have to meditate on that some.

Healing

I was going to a doctor appointment-and it seemed that the doctor was ignoring or minimizing some of my symptoms- which were uncontrollable limb twitching and movement. I then went somewhere and was in waiting room, and this woman told me to lie down in a bed- I was expecting some sort of adjustment but she took her clothes off and lay on top of me. I had my eyes shut (expecting a 'traditional' treatment) so when I opened them I was surprised not only because she was naked but because I couldn't feel her, it's as if she were a hologram. I lay there expecting something sexual to happen but I realized there was nothing sexual in what she was doing- she was manipulating or scanning my whole body at the same time. Then she got up (or rather, jumped up, fully clothed again) and said I had "Acer Palsy", which she explained was a tendon or nerve on my back that had been damaged and was causing the problems. I then expected her to say what needed to be done but then I woke up.
I'm pretty sure this doesn't exist but I'm going to look it up anyway, bc I suspect it's a pun of some sort.

Terrible exhausting night. The first 3 hours I had a cough, so all my dreams included the ticke and the cough, I finally got up and took some cough syrup at 4:30 am, and the rest of the night was spent in a series of dream vignettes in which I couldn't get deep sleep, and consisted of emerging into being given information I did not want, trying to swim in deep waters (obvious pun), reemerging again to some sort of unpleasantness, to keep reemerging over and over from vignette to vignette until at 8:30 I had to get up, exhausted and kind of nauseated.
Cough syrup works for what it's supposed to, but it affects my perception too much. Not in a pleasant way either.

Morning nightmare.
We were in a large stadium, which looked like a graduation (large graduation). There were people I know that are passed on, and other people that are alive. I was with a group that may have been distant relatives. One of them gave me their baby to hold for a minute, but I was running around helping out with different things. At some point I found myself in the back of the stadium holding the baby, and I found myself with a former president, one I had an encounter with long ago in a projection- and he snatched the baby off my arms pretending to want to coo him- and then he began to gently try to hurt the baby. He started pinching his cheeks and pulling at his limbs and 'softly' tapping him against a wall- basically trying to hurt him without appearing to. I immediately flashed back to when my son was a baby, and remembered him doing the same thing to my son, except that I was able to rescue him from his grasp, and also 'before' he had been more guarded about the way he did it. I (coming back to present circumstances) saw him grab the baby by the head and getting ready to give a big twist, as if to break his neck-I immediately dropped all pretense of not realizing what he was up to (I was afraid of him) and put my hands over his, not allowing him to twist. I then wrestled the baby off him as I screamed "Let go of the baby, you miserable racist! I know what you're doing, you evil murdering psycho!" I then shouted even louder "let go of him! Don't you know he's white? (he was of mixed blood) He's part norwegian!" My last words startled him enough to let go of the baby, who I then grabbed (worried he was hurt with all the jostling) and ran back out with, this time running around the open areas, looking for the family of the baby and my son, who I felt was also a target. I ran into some girls that looked about his age, and asked them if they knew him. I told them to tell him to hide and find me, we were in danger. They told me his class was not in the graduating class, they were helping to escort the graduates to the stage. I told them again to give him this message, and ran around looking for him and the family this baby belonged to. At some point I checked the baby and saw that he was alive, and was relieved. I then found the family and gave him to them and told them what had happened, and they started to leave. Then I went to my car and found that it was flooded and wet, even though it was only raining lightly outside, and wondered if it was sabotage. The relatives got into the car and started to leave. At this point I woke up, rather alarmed and upset at this whole thing.

We were driving, my hubby, son and I. Some man (I think he might have been naked) wandered out in the middle of the street, acting insane, and caused an accident. We didn't hit him but he jumped in front of us and we narrowly missed him. We were physically unhurt, and ended up in some place like a hospital or administrative office of some sort. The man's family were there, being very apologetic and assigning blame to the man himself- apparently he had escaped some sort of asylum. As we waited for him some people came out and started interviewing us, and I was asked to go to Texas with some of the man's family members to talk to someone. I believe we were in Austin and had to go to Dallas (or vice-versa, I remember having to take an airplane to go from one city to the other, but not why we were there or where we started from.) When we were there, I found myself in the 'green room' of a talk show, and Bill Hader came out to talk to me, he apparently knew someone where I was sitting (waiting) and we struck up a conversation. In the space of a few hours we became great friends and started going somewhere, I remember being photographed by paparrazi as I sat with him- he kept telling people I was his new best friend. I was flustered about this because I always have found him to be one of the best comedians I've seen. So I was thrilled to be friends with him. Then the family came back and I was on my way back to (Dallas?) where my family was waiting for me. I woke up as I was arriving home.

2 Dreams: The 'spy' dream (recurring)-Someone watching me, the blinds are open at night and I'm trying to close them, there is someone out there spying on me and I can't seem to keep things closed up. I must have had an astral visitor last night and will take measures today to rectify that.

-and another dream in which I was at a job (old boss new job) and someone mentioned that they were going to make eating meat in the workplace forbidden. I then witnessed the employees discussing the relative merits of meat vs. other foods and what should be prohibited. I was just flabbergasted as these dumb people were failing to grasp the wrongness of what was happening, and were discussing the wrong points. My anger finally reached its limits and I proceeded to tell my boss (who in reality was one of the best bosses I ever had) why I would resign my position if anyone who employed me could presume to tell me what foods I should be allowed to eat, and I then directed my verbal barrage (not abuse, just pointing out what seemed to be going over their heads) that it didn't matter what foods were good or bad for them, that it should be their choice of whether they wanted to eat garbage and that no employer could take that right away from them adn the fact that they were accepting losing their power so stupidly just really made me angry. I woke up spitting mad and had to take deep breaths before waking up.

I was having a 'recurring' dream about being trapped somewhere with others, in danger, and tryiing to figure out how to escape and help others escape too. I'm pretty sure this has been part of the background of my dreams in the past few days, except maybe on the night before, the first non-nightmare dreaming night in what has to be four or five days. In here we were in an environment and I was trying to figure out how to save the others and myself, although I knew I couldn't be harmed. I was half-lucid and started to fly. Unfortunately when I started flying I found the environment becoming 'unrealistic' and the sky turned into a dome, and there were people (the 'bad' guys over the dome) were armed, and were shooting at me (and the others.) After being shot a few times and realizing this wasn't really affecting me, I realized it was a simulation, and found myself in a sort of 'after the game' experience, in a kitchen ready for lunch, as if we had all been actors in a stage, and had stopped for lunch break. Then I woke up to the statue of liberty projection.

A different take on a recurring dream
I had the recurring dream about my grandfather's farm and house, the one in which I walk around telling people I used to stay there, it used to be my grandpa's house. As usual, it's some sort of public venue, like a hotel or a museum. This time it's more like a historic citadel. I notice it's seaside. I think it may be because my grandmother's house is on the beach, and I've combined them. I have a room there but it's not my room (as in real life) and the surf pounds so hard it is a miracle it doesn't break through the window. The scenery is beautiful, but the sound of the surf is very loud.
I go for a walk with the young man I was touring the house/citadel earlier, and we walk on the beach outside of the citadel walls. I want to go into the sea as usual, but as usual, something holds me back. Then when we get to the other side I realize we have wandered away and are no longer 'at my grandfather's house.' I stay in someone's house, maybe the young man's family's house. I am not sure if I should be there, but am made to feel welcome. I try to get back, but things are different. At some point I wake up.

Symbolic dream- Started out as one of those 'theme park' dreams, where I was told by a man 'in charge' to do something to a little box- it was rectangular, had a small platform with a circle in it and had a strawlike stick that worked as some sort of ocular aid to see whatever was in the little box. He told me to put a coin (dime or quarter) in the slot. Then I went outside of a place called Trader Joe's- I had been inside and walked out with a parcel with some things I had picked up but not yet paid for. Now I'm with an old friend who had a large bag of stuff she had bought- a big bag. She then tells me that the things in that store are expensive, and offers to 'help me' with them. I say no, if they're too expensive I'll just go back into the store and bring them back. I start to worry about the objects (even though I'm already outside) and decide to go back into the store. I then wake up.

2 nights ago: My grandmother & mother came to pick me up, I was happy, it's been so long since I saw them. They dropped me off at a house, that looked like the house I used to live in before this one. Only there was a treehouse in the backyard. When I walked in the house there were some relatives in it that I now don't know, but I knew they were relatives. I was treated very nicely, but my grandmother wasn't there. Then I went to the backyard and into the treehouse. There were other people I didn't know, and they also welcomed me. They were black and I understood that they were ancestors. I didn't know why they were in the treehouse, but they were very hospitable too. I was glad to know them but was angry at my grandmother for leaving me alone with them instead of visiting with me, since it was her I missed (and my mom.) At the end of the dream my mom showed up and I complained to her about wanting to visit with them, not distant relatives. As I was waking up I heard a female voice saying "you can always visit us". I woke up.

Yesterday there was some other angsty dream which I have forgotten.

Last night a nightmare: A friend of mine from high school, who I've lost touch with, came by to visit, and brought a young man with her. He claimed to be interested in the occult but actually was a satanist. I immediately recognized this by the symbols and writing I could see around him. I could see blackness in the air around him, and my friend seemed to be oblivious to this. I at first thought I'd play dumb and see what he was up to, but I soon realized he was quickly filling the atmosphere with dark clouds, and this made me realize he either had a demon or was a demon, and started praying. The praying caused a bit of light to happen to counteract the darkness, but he was powerful and was darkening the atmosphere faster than I could lighten it up with my prayers. Then I asked St. Michael for help, and started doing a 'dream version' of the LBRP, calling the corners for the Archangel St. Michael and doing air pentagrams while I did. The minute I started evoking the Archangel St. Michael, the air started to clear up until it was completely clear and the sky was blue, and I could see circles with crosses in the air all around along with the pentacles, and I knew all was well. I then checked on my son, who was safe, and was on the way to evict my friend and her nephew when I woke up.

Another dream about my grandfather's house. We're touring it, and start living there. About half of the house seems tilted and bent and 'magical' things happen there, the other half still looks museum-y. I meet people I'm supposed to be related to, but there is something strange about them, nordic-ethnic (I have some Dutch ancestry besides the English ancestry from this particular grandfather, so they looked ethnically right, but culturally 'wrong'. However, I "know" these are relatives living in this house in the "present" (in the present there is no house, it was torn down when the land was used for a subdivision.)
I used to feel these "grandfather's house" dreams were quaint and sweet recollections of a time gone by from my childhood, but they have taken on a distorted recurrence ever since my mother passed away. I want to know what they are about so they stop. They only make me sad.

The night before last night I was having a dream about a strange man in my car- in the dream I was driving a car full of people, and when we got to our destination I was sleepy and wanted to take a nap- so I was waiting for everyone to get out of the car and take a nap-when this one man went from the back of the car to the front (middle between the seats, way too close to me). I couldn't get to my purse which was in the back (I don't know why this is important, but it seemed to be at the time) so I asked the man to please get out of the car already so I can get to my purse (I was really waiting so I could take a nap) and he said something about his glasses- something like 'do my glasses bother you?' and I asked him again to get out of my car. I waited and still he didn't move. So then I looked at him and he was speechless and just staring at me-like a dream character that is 'nothing' but image- and somehow this frightened me- so I started screaming at him to get out of my car- the more I screamed the more frightened I got- which made me wake up, laying down sideways in a ver uncomfortable way, feeling 'squished' as if there was someone sitting too close to me like in the car. I then changed positions, realized the 'wedged' feeling was from my body.
I dismissed the dream as confabulation, and later on received an unpleasant surprise, when I saw this man in FB, trying to get into one of the groups I admin. So I'm not sure what this was about, my mind playing tricks on me, or a rare look into the immediate future combined with SP.
Last night I had some interesting dreams too, but coming back to this one made me forget it. When it comes back to me I'll write it down.
There was some skating happening, high-speed skating, a common theme in my earlier dreams, usually as a precursor to flying, although I wasn't flying (or had lucidity) in this one. I think I was dragging something or was dragged. Will come back if I remember more.

It was a difficult night, with many dreams and awakenings. One false awakening. Of the two dreams I remember, in one I was flying with my son, in an airport. We were flying so fast I had my body in front of his to protect him from the 'drag'.
In another I was with a composite of two close friends I had, one was my best friend from college, and the second one was my best friend from 'adulthood'. We had gone to the beach and met an actor there. There was something weird and dangerous about the surf, although it looked glassy- something that only happened every some odd centuries. I went in the water because I don't like being told what to do but got out before getting caught in the undertow. Then went back to the seashore and had an interesting conversation with the actor.

According to this site (http://gnosticteachings.org/courses/teachings-of-the-hindu-gods/1759-ganesha-lord-of-beginnings.html), "We see this symbolism in Egypt as well; this trimurti or trinity is represented as Osiris and Isis who have a son Horus. In the Egyptian mythology, Horus is the same symbol as Ganesha"

This one was the 4am disturbing dream.
I was in some sort of alternate universe, where I had memories of this life but was actually living a different one. I was lying in bed with my husband (who wasn't my husband in that version, was just there for the night) and I was looking out a window at a beautiful landscape- it was sprinkling outside and I could see the water hitting some rocks, and I was feeling very comfortable in the warm dry bed-then a woman came in the room. Although I don't know her in this life, I 'kind of' knew who she was. She came in and talked to my husband about something else, and came to my side of the bed and asked me if I knew who she was. I didn't really (except that she was some sort of policewoman (not in uniform)- and I lied and said I did. She then leaned over me and put her hand on my chest, in the breastplate part of it, and said "Oh, no this isn't good" and I asked "Is something wrong?" and she said yes, and started doing something to my chest- not touching it, but her hand was hovering over it, with purpose. I then asked "what's wrong?" and I immediately woke up.
WTF.

This was another super-early dream. I remember it because I was so taken aback by it.
It started as a 'regular' dream, perhaps a projection due to it's imagery- we were in a foreign land, traversing rough terrain in a jeep, when we ended up in a cave, and the soil turned sandy, a beautifully colored sand, kind of translucent, and it was a beautiful 'unreal' color. I can't remember if it was violet or pink-red, or some color in between. I imagined that it was made of pulverized gemstones, and got out of the jeep to touch it. It felt like sand or sugar, or something in between.
Later in the dream, or perhaps awakening from it, I found myself in a bed at dawn, and there were beings behind me (my bed abuts a wall, they would be in an entrance (I have a painted window on the wall as a headboard)- as if these beings, witch women in my dream) were in the window above my head.
I could feel the power from them, and they offered to give me my vision back. At first I was afraid, but when I realized they were my people (my guides, or guards, or someone from the past, a past initiation) I welcomed their offer, and they did something to my head. (there is a history with this from the past, in dreams and projections). And when they were done, I could "see" again. Then I woke up, went to the bathroom, went back to sleep, and had another dream in which I hardly remember anything.

Weird one. I dreamed I was waking up in my other 'interstellar' body. I had just woken up in my 'outer-space' body, with my other two partners, and I was having trouble remembering how to do some things (technical electronics stuff) I had learned in 'this' earth reality. I attributed my forgetfulness to the fact I was getting no rest, since I live 'during the day' over here and then wake up 'over there' at night, and both realities are beginning to tire me. I woke up tired.
What I do remember is that I was in some space ship, was working on traveling to another system. Hence the work I had 'learned' here.

I was having a dream regarding walking inside a new house....a recurrent dream. As I walk in a hallway I realize it reminds me of the house I grew up in, except the floor is different. It's terrazzo instead of the laminate we had. As I walk down the hallway and am ready to turn to the right, I realize I'm about to recreate the same room that used to be in the house, I stop, and think "no, I'm not going to recreate this room, I want to discover what's there instead of creating a room from my past. Then everything stops, and it's like a hallway to nowhere. I try to 'remember' a room for that space, and I start to 'remember' my present house, which has no hallways. As the image of the living room of my house starts to form in the empty space, superimposing itself like a computer simulation, I wake up.

Later on, I'm walking in the 'new' house that is not where we live, or where I've ever been, as far as I know. I look outside and see my husband, son, and cats, walking outside. I am happy and think it's wonderful that the cats can be outside and get along with the "new" dog, (who is with them), a sort of golden retriever. I go out with them and it's like the outside of a ranch, dusty and open, and they're in a yard with an animal that at the time I find it's the 'new' [farm? large animal]. At the moment I can't remember what it was, and I wonder if it was a 'normal' animal. It was not a cow, horse or llama (or ostrich). I get the feeling it was apelike but very nice and tame, but it was not an ape. Anyway, as we're feeding the animals, I wonder who has been feeding them when we were "away" (and by away I think I mean 'here' in physical life.) My rational mind keeps insisting I think about where we have gotten the food and who brought it, because we obviously haven't been there and the animals are well fed and hydrated. This intensity of thought wakes me up.

I'm pretty sure this is the first time I have begun a migrane in dreamstate and it continued into waking life.
I was having a dream which quickly turned negative- I began to see a huge snakelike scotoma, and in the dream began to have a screaming fight with the other dream character. Then, half blinded with the scotoma, I was attacked by two men. So as I looked at the scotoma I tried to fight them. I then woke up, to the horrible realization that the scotoma was happening in front of my eyes (but shimmering, in the dream it was in black and white, while in waking reality it was shimmering in colors) and was huge, almost took up all my vision. So I asked Pepe to get me four advil and tried to sleep it off. It amazingly worked, I woke an hour and a half later with almost no headache, but a terrible backache.
I haven't been 'right' all day.

I just remembered a weird dream I had two nights ago- that I was in a dark stone place (I had the impression of ancient Egypt, but I couldn't see anything descriptive- too dark) and was told that I would be turned into the cat goddess Bastet. I lay in a stone sarcophagus and they chanted some things and put stuff on me. Afterwards I got up and touched my face, and it was still human. I asked the attendants when will my appearance change, and what powers will I have, and woke up right away, to find that my cat was sleeping latched on to my leg, like a leg warmer. She was warm and furry.

This was a dream that ended in liminal experience. Or rather, started out a dream, and ended in visions. Since I don't remember the visions or voices that happened after I was awake very well, I just count the 'dream' part as important.
I was in one of those in between places where I see my loved ones that have passed. I see my grandmother, and in a very physical way, around what she looked like around ten to twenty years ago. She was smiling and I was going to hug her when she said "not yet, you'll be coming with me soon". In the dream itself this made me think she was foretelling my death. She has foretold me other things, so I should take this seriously. So I go inside the house I was outside off (in the usual porch), grab my cat that was outside, one that is passed already, and put her alongside some miniature bengal tigers. I feel she is safe there with the other animals, sure she won't get out again, and start to wake up. Then I wake up to visions and I ask something and hear the voice of my grandmother telling me to get on with what I'm supposed to do (or words to that effect.) And I slowly wake up, to visions and views of rotating things. I haven't seen one of those in a while, and wonder about them as they then start 'zoomiing in' and 'out.'

Dear CFT, I hope it's ok I'm suggesting this but I remember you wrote about talking to an old lady after an OBE a while ago that told you a similar thing. Maybe your body is trying to tell you something (again, I hope it's ok I'm saying this)... So maybe you should go to a physical examination? I think it's important...
And also- I think you should not think about these ominous facts too much while awake (even though I must say I don't know if you do) because you're just convincing yourself :/
Much love,

A long dream, the kind you interrupt, get up and come back to.
I dream I was attending my father's wedding. I missed the first one (his second marriage) because we lived in different places and it was a civil ceremony. Anyway, he was marrying a younger version of his second wife. (She married someone else after my father died, so there's no way that could happen if he were alive-but I digress).
For some reason we had gone to California for the wedding, and many from the family were there. I was in that 'he's dead but alive' reality that I've lived in dreamstate for so long- over twenty years now) The one where we know he died and came back, and wonder how come no one seems to notice except us. In this reality he says he does not remember what happened when he was dead, or simply won't talk about it. This 'other reality' has gone on so long that I simply accept it now.
So as they're going through the ceremony and I'm sitting in the audience (or church pew) I'm thinking that my dad is a zombie. But not in a gross zombie movie way, more like 'resurrected' way.
The wedding is over and the party is over. At some point I get up to pee, kick the cat by accident and go feed her, and go back to sleep, back to the dream.
I'm back at the wedding reception, and for some reason, I'm in charge of getting people back to their respective hotels/airport/countries (making sure they're on their way). Kind of like a 'best man' type of job. There are a handful of nieces and other people. My side of the family (hubby and son) are in the hotel, but some nieces from Puerto Rico need to get back home and have no idea how to do so. It's LA at night and I'm trying to get them a cab without wandering into the wrong areas and getting killed, or getting them killed. I enter some sort of place where we can rent cars or hail taxis or get some sort of transportation, so the lady at the counter says that the best they can do is get us horse-drawn carriages for my nieces, so I agree and we get on them. On the way I see Bruce Campbell on the street, dressed like a movie pirate, and (open carriage) I stare at him, and say "are you Bruce Campbell?" and he smiles at me and says yes, and we start to talk about the pirate movie they're filming in this part of town, and tells me it's from the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, and they're shooting a scene. He is very friendly (abnormally friendly, I think, since I'm a perfect stranger he met at night in a horse drawn carriage) and starts to talk to me. My niece starts to get impatient since she has a plane to catch but Bruce is so charming and friendly I keep talking to him. At some point I wake up naturally mid-conversation, before I'm woken up a few minutes later.

I was in an ascending airplane, wondering why I was going to Brazil or somewhere that reminded me of Brazil. In the middle of the flight we started to descend into mountains. The mountains were all around us, and I thought we were crashing. I knew it, and all of a sudden the action stopped, as if frozen in place. I'm wondering if I'm dead, but I could see everyone in the plane as if nothing were happening. Then I had a quick, short superimposed vision of bodies and blood, smoke, etc. Then it was all 'normal'. At that point I thought we were dead but in another "reality", a "normal" simulation. I then tried to get out of the plane, and there was an opening, but when I tried to get through the opening there was a blinding light 'nothingness' outside, and I then wondered how I was going to get out of this environment. Then I thought of my house and found myself instantly transported there, but was dismayed to see that my family members could not see me, and I could not touch them. I became distressed and soon woke up.

Three dreams.
The first one had to do with some friends of mine, old ones and new ones superimposed on themselves. There were three of them and me. We were leaving school, I was driving in 'my' car. It wasn't my real car (or my previous cars). It was a golden car. They ask for a ride, I take them to 'work'. They ask me to stay with them. I refuse, I have to go home. They arrange to have my car stolen so I can't find it. I outsmart them and get my car, and drive back. On the way another car almost hits me but misses. I keep driving towards home and wake up.
Second dream.
The feral cat that we feed is in the back yard (as usual). He is clean and whole (he's actually filthy and has a lame foot.) and can fly or leap in high bounds. He has a second 'mirror' twin who does everything else too. Like a mirror. When I wake up I think Goldie the cat is on his way 'over the rainbow bridge'.
The third one:
I go to a grocery store. I have previous memory of having been there and having bought a white votive candle. The 'checkout clerk' is what looks like a priest or bishop dressed in white. He asks me if I want to buy a candle. I tell him I still have one that I previously bought. He leans over and tells me, smiling, that he'll give it to me for free if I dedicate it to him. I say ok. He gives me the candle. Both the candle and him were glowing. I then woke up, feeling, well, blessed.

SW and the talking head
I was told of a church that had a pastor who healed. When I got there w. my family, I saw an old friend. I was very surprised that she was there, as she is very new-agey. I thought she might be there like me, checking out if this guy was legit.
The service was your typical catholic mass, and I tried to explain communion as wacer to my son, aas I've raised him as non-denominationally as humanly possible. At the end of the service we exit the church, and a group (flock, lol) of girls see us and start coming over to greet us. The alpha girl starts to talk to me, and then suddenly stops, shuts her mouth, and starts to walk away from us quickly, and as soon as she gets some distance I can see a giant floating grimacing head with a black eye talking to her, whispering in her ear, paranoid-sounding things. I then look in the crowd for my friend, and I wonder if she can see what I see.

I was very surprised to see her in a catholic church because she left her job as a Sunday school teacher because even though she believed in our religion's teachings, she couldn't deal with the dogma associated with religion in general. The first one- post apocalyptic dystopia, more like a pesonal 'walking dead' show.
We were in a room, or an apartment with a small group of people, some were being threatened by an old man who was quite malignant, who threatened rape and injury. (to all the women of the group, not me). I stood between him and many other women who were intimidated by him. They might have been sick, or mentally affected, I'm not sure why, but I was actively blocking his actions. Later then (or in another part of the dream) I went to the 'pool' to get some water. I got into it and was dismayed to find there was a dead dog in a section of the pool, one I had put my feet in and 'dug in' the muck. After rinsing my feet disgustedly, I looked down and I could see a pack of dogs 'nested' in some bushes down from the pool. I was wondering how to get back down to the living quarters without being mauled. I started descending the outdoor stairs that I had used to go up to the pool, when the dogs came at me. I started to talk to them with a high voice, saying stuff like 'good boy' and that type of stuff, and the dogs mellowed and became friendly. I went back to rescue someone from this predatory old man. The dream ended and I woke up to go to the bathroom.
I went to sleep again for about twenty minutes (now it was almost time to get up) and had this 'other' dream (or chapter of the same): I was outside in a similar space than in the previous dream, but the pool was one of two, and they were in the same level as the living quarters. I went to the pools, and the water was clean (or, no dead dog). I swim in the water but soon people are leaving the pool, because the predatory old man went into the water. I then go to the other pool, and can see both from up high- a split person perspective, I'm down there but can see from 'up there' at the same time, and the pool becomes more 'colored'- still clear, but the blue water is less blue than before, as if someone were peeing in it or something like that. I'm not concerned about it, in the same sense that in the first dream the water had become poisoned, here it was just 'less fresh'.

Either a two-parter, or two different dreams in the same environment.
I start with a dream in which I'm at a halloween party in a school. It kind of looks like my high school but the people in it were friends of mine from when I used to work at the electronics place. One of the guys in the dream (who I used to work with) was yelling at me to get out of bed because my brother was waiting for us. It was one of those dual-awareness experiences, I had the bed awareness and the dream awareness at the same time. I then woke up, got up briefly and got back to sleep, started sponging my legs as to not think of anything, trying to sleep some more as I had to get up two hours later. I went back to the same place but now there was a guy in one of the classrooms doing some sort of workshop. In it he was reading people, telling them things about themselves. As he spoke, I saw to my left a group of what looked like elves- beautiful nordic looking people, perfectly proportioned, around one foot tall each. They kind of flirted with me, letting me see them, and while I observed them (noticing their dress, and the fact that they were solid and interactive) the man then got my attention again. He asked me not to become a rabbi (I'm not jewish) and then told me my third eye was going to go back to seeing, and touched my forehead. I immediately woke up.

No, we had briefly spoken about the possibility of his visiting, I told him that we needed to talk about it before, because there are places that are not open to visit (like my bedroom and my son's). We agreed to talk about it but hadn't gotten around to it. When I was visited, I assumed it was him and shut him out, because even though we hadn't talked about it, my bedroom is not 'open' to visits, and I firmly but gently told him he was not allowed in.
But now I'm not sure it was him- whoever it was, it was someone I knew, although I seem to have forgotten who it was. So to me it means it's someone I know, but not in 'this' reality. There was no fear, anger or malice, just me laying out the rules.

When I asked what this was about, he told me he had been given my job. I was surprised, but not upset. Until I went to the parking lot and found my car wasn't there. I was told I no longer had clearance to park there any more, and I was walking around the parking lot, wondering how I was going to get home if I couldn't find my car, who had been supposedly towed away to a public part of the lot, which I of course couldn't find.

Last night I had a very long dream in which I took a trip with my family, and we went to various places- where I was born, and places I don't remember ever been to. At some point I was in a train or plane (it was one of those long dreams with chapters, all having to do with traveling, in various conveyances) in which a man that seemed unsavory and was vaguely threatening took a liking to me and kept sitting next to me and flicking a knife. At some point he threatened my husband (or actually, me, by vaguely letting me know he wanted to harm my husband. The whole time I handled the guy until he did this, and I told him I wasn't afraid of his puny knife and if he threatenened my husband once again I would kill him- literally. He then continued to stick to me thoughout various 'chapters' of the dream. Even when the scenarios changed he didn't want to leave my side, and continued to show me his knife every now and then. At the end of the dream I decided to oblige him and I had a conversation with him, not scolding or chastising, only a normal conversation. He asked me about a piece of electronics he had picked up in some sort of place, and I explained to him what the electronic components did, and he smiled and left.
I had the feeling this dream was some sort of a test, I had to let go of preconceptions (he looked like a scary scumbag) and treat him like a normal person, and when I did, he left. His smile was no longer threatening, more like happy.

He also said he was some sort of sorcerer. I kept thinking he was a fake and tried to ignore him. At some point we were at a dinner table with some other folks, and he started to talk 'to me', across the room, under his breath. At that moment I started to levitate in the way I used to when I was having those unpleasant 'abduction' experiences. I thought he said that whoever it was doing it was the being that was supposedly attached to me, but I thought whatever 'this' was was his doing. I then did a somersault (backwards flip) and got out of the effect of the lifting. I then mentally flipped him off, kind of winked at him and walked out of the room.

I was embarrassed about the pajamas, and looked in a huge satchel I was carrying, and there was a rainbow-colored sundress inside. I wanted to go in the bathroom and wear it, but no one seemed to notice my rags, except me. My husband and I started to walk out to the parking lot. Except that this version of the church was on a mountaintop (not so in real life) and there were many precarious roads going down to the parking lot. Like it was under constructions, with paths that went nowhere, and boulders in precarious places here and there. I was having a hard time getting down, as I was now wearing the sundress (a little thing, I felt that my arse was exposed) and high heel sandals, which made walking very difficult and slow. At some point my husband jumps down a small cliff and says he's going to go get the car, but I can't follow him, and I turn to the side, looking for steps or less steep terrain. I slowly make my way down, in a winding and difficult path, until I make it to flat land. There are bushes in front that I have to go through to the other side, but when I get through, I am no longer on the church parking lot, I am on the parking lot of the university I went to (the first time)- or its dream equivalent. In the dream, the university had three exits, and the exit I had come out of was in the opposite direction from the church street, it was far removed from where we had come out of.
I started to look for my cellphone inside the satchel, when I remembered giving it to my husband at some point, Now I was lost, with no way of telling him where I was.
I saw two people in this parking lot, and asked if I could use their cellphone. They said no and laughed as if I were crazy for asking. I then tried to explain my situation, and asked if they could then call my husband and tell him where I was, and they were considering it (or 'fake' considering it). I realized they were probably not going to call, but I shouted out his phone number anyway, and what came out of my mouth was the business line of my house, and I realized no one was there, and no one was going to get that message until he went home. I was forlorn, thinking he was going to go around the parking lot and not find me, and I wondered if he was just going to go home and leave me there.
I woke up very distressed, and this brought up some feelings that were buried deep down.

I hardly record my dreams any more because they're usually repetats of the same thing. But this morning it was different.
In this dream I went to visit a group of people, a sect, that was housing the human Jesus. According to the info that was given to me (I don't think any dream character 'told' me, it was more of a download) that Jesus had never died, that he was more than 2000 years old, in the same body he had. They told me he had so much light that it was visible- he glowed literally, and looked old, not young (as you would imagine) and had to live in a monastery/ashram because if people knew he was alive, they would attack or pester him.
I then saw a man of light, more of a silhouette, and woke up feeling really really happy.

I'm sorry I didn't get that , repeats of what? , aren't dreams always different? , are you prone to getting the same dreams over and over again?

Yes. Practically all of my dreams are of my deceased parents, 'visits to see' how they're getting on on the other side, or of home building and extending. I kind of know what this is about so I don't bother writing them down. The themes are recurring, with the same kinds of images.
Here's the three main themes:
Visiting my loved ones on the other side
Building a house (or rather, building new rooms or discovering unexplored rooms that I hadn't seen yet)
And, finding that my 'new' house is connected to a shopping mall, via a secret passageway. This one is kind of tricky (you're welcome to take a crack at it) but I think I have an idea of what it's about.

Really? do cue me in , I'd love to know what a house connected to a shopping mall via a secret passage means.

One possibility is that my grandmother used to live on the second story of a small shopping center, and we would go downstairs to buy comic books and candy when we stayed with her- so the idea of 'my house' being connected to a shopping mall speaks to a longing for simpler times, especially since my grandma was the most loving person in my family and I miss her terribly.
Another possible symbolic meaning is that my house represents my being, and I have a public persona, which is reflected in the connection to a public place- a shopping mall.

Ok so here's my take on the "house connected to shopping mall via secret passage"

A house represents a "dwelling or abode for the spirit" , the "secret passage" as opposed to an open one represents a personalized "access" to a shopping mall which is a place where "various items necessary to make a living are made available" .

Take together that means that wherever your spirit resides you will have access either to information or communication to your spirit necessary to further yourself.Since it's secret it's not readily available to most.

Two days ago, almost forgot to jot it down.
Began like the usual 'house' dream, except my cousin told me that she had built an exact replica of the house we grew up in, except that the second story is made of wood and the original concrete house is the first floor.
I wake up, and am told about being in the house (I was in it, but not in my old room.) I wake up, and see some of the birds I used to keep (these are a recurring theme, needing to feed birds and having to find food for them.) I get up, see the birds are loose (I had left the cages open so they could fly free,) and there is a mix of the old birds I used to have, and my present cats. They seemed to get along, but I start walking around the house looking for the birdseed and the water, and trying to remember where I had put the cages. In the dream is usually in some attic. In previous dreams I find the birdseed and wake up just before feeding them. This time as I start walking around trying to figure out the layout of the 'new' place, I see my old room, and open the door, and see a man that could be my dad in the room. Then I look again and it's a different person. My cousin then told me that the house is to shelter people who need help, so someone else is in 'my' room, and one of the windows that my room used to have is a door to another room (which is not right). So I get out of the house and come out to the mall (the usual mall that is connected to the house) and I decide to go get some birdseed for the birds. Two things that should bother me but don't: 1-One of the birds looks like part of her face has been whitened, as if something had happened to her (a cataract eye) and lack of coloration in her feathers. I figure it's from old age as it's been a long time. Since I was in the 'second' floor, there is a staircase in the front of the house, I go down it to get to the opening that connects to the mall. I then wake up.

I haven't posted in a long time because my dreams are usually unremarkable or decipherable. But this one is kind of weird.
I was dreaming I was in the past (80s-90s) in the house we used to live in (I'm starting to see a pun here as I write this) before we moved to our present house. I was sitting in the old living room in dim light (It was nighttime outside and I was reminiscing about the 'good old times' (that never happened) and a memory came back to me, in which Hugh Laurie was visiting us, as he used to do when I was younger. Memories came flooding back of when I was younger, and he lived up the street in which we used to live and how he used to come by and we'd have the most delightful and interesting conversations. Of course he had a different accent and voice that he has in real life, and I've never met him nor hope to, but the memories seemed real- there was a sweet nostalgia to this memory, as if we had been great friends, and I missed him and wished he hadn't become a famous actor. This was so weird that I woke up wondering if this was a real memory for one or two seconds when I remembered who I am and what my past was. The mind is weird.

In all the dreams I remember for the last month or so I end up going to the 'other side' to find no one is there. And about two or three months ago (before the pandemic started) I had a dream about having almost all my soul aspects ready to go except two, that were hoarding karma instead of just getting their rewards. In the dream, they had done everything they wanted to do, but instead of getting whatever reward they could get, they were hoarding it for some reason and it was holding me up. The crazy thing is that this involved 'not' getting a reward instead of getting it already. Then the pandemic started and I'm not sure what this mean.
One more thing I may have mentioned before: In a dream vision my mom told me not to call her 'up' any more or I might bring up someone else. This was a year ago so I may have mentioned it. I was nonplussed because I had not been calling her (yet). With how things are now, I have to tell myself not to talk to her because of that previous vision.

Two mornings ago I had my first disaster dream, a surprise that it took this long.
I was on the wing of an airplane looking at the stars, marveling at the fact that I could see a wonderful star shower. Then when we got to the island, I now was on top of the car, not in it like everyone else, still looking at the meteor shower, when one of them got too big and hit the earth, to the right of me, which I interpreted to be East of San Juan. I expected a flash and a big noise, but it didn't come, and I woke up as I wondered what this meant.

2 nights ago I dreamed I was getting ready for a wedding or formal party. The only people in it were my deceased family. They were asking me if I wanted to send my brother and his ex a card inviting them. The cards were black and red, like some sort of abstract Tarot card. I said "of course", irritated at the implication. When I woke up I had the distinct feeling I'm next.

This morning I was dreaming I was at a party in a hotel that my husband's family was throwing. I had busied myself with some work (at the party) to avoid 'just hanging'. I went to another part of the hotel to see about some costumes when someone yelled "tidal wave" and just as I was going to ask for clarification water just started coming in a second later. I tried to run to the party hall but it was too slippery and I found myself waking up as I tried to run in the slick floor.

The nightmares are back. I am forced to face certain things that have happened before, as to let me known there's nothing left unattended that will be ignored. This is unbearable. Why can't I forget anything? I have good insight as to the meaning of most of my dreams, it's as if I'm forced to feel things I don't want to feel in the dreamstate. Enough of this.

What I can see, especially on this forum, is enormous increase in nightmares, me included.
(But I think I mostly worked it out, so that they are very rare now - at least in their litaral form; certain techniques and approach help).

I'm investigating this subject for months now, however, I have certain observations and conclusions already, one of those being that we (people, especially with the 6th and possibly 7th, but also, interestingly, 2nd, energy centers activated) are under massive, negative influence (I shy away from using a word "invasion" yet) on the planet at lower astral levels, or whatever name you wish to assign it to those.

I agree, but not necessarily in the same way- negative energy. My clairvoyance has been at an all time low for the last two years, and the last time I saw my mother in dream/visitation she told me to not try to contact her, because it probably would not be her.
Last night I had the type of dream with my father I used to get when he had just passed- a recurrent one that always left me perplexed. He is on the other side, but has been resuscitated, and will not tell what happened when he was dead.
Now he's back (in my dreams in the 'dead zone', having been back for the second time. It is a weird thing and I don't really know what it means, but it doesn't feel good.
I like seeing him again but I can't understand the whole 'being back after being back after being dead' thing. A number of friends have interpreted this for me, but I never 'get' it. It's just strange and discomfiting.

I don't dare speculate, but I think I was blocked from seeing things that would make me upset. Last year was a doozy, not just from the collective, but because of stuff happening with my family. I was very close to the breaking point, if you get my drift.
I do think now that my dream with my dad was some way of letting me know that slowly things are being restored, or reorganized, in a way that will make sense. But it's just a hunch for now.

About two weeks ago I had a dream about dad. I don't dream of him often but have learned that when I do something is going to happen in the family. The time before (about last year) I dreamed of him (in the dream, he was watching us from afar, like in a parking lot) and one of my siblings got cancer, and another one needed bypass surgery, all in the same year. So approx. last month I dreamed that he was sitting outside of a house that reminded me of my grandmother's house, and he was sitting in a bench, and he was fading. Not 'ghostlike' fading, but more like someone who is enveloped by fog, but without the fog, just the blur where his face and head would be. Then the next day of the dream, I received a distressed call, to which I reacted poorly.
I'm writing this down because on checking on my old dreams from 2010 I discovered a lot of the dreams were precognitive, so way ahead of when events actually happened that I had forgotten about them. If I hadn't written them down here, I would not have realized this.

This morning:
I am having a flying dream and come upon a landscape in which I see my old house, that is being refurbished. The outside patio is now a large shallow pond, and there are dogs and cats wading in it. When I get close I see R. doing some construction and there is a young man I don't recognize carrying some lumber and construction equipment. I see R. working on a second house, and I am told my s. is in the first house waiting for them to finish building her a house. I express skepticism at R. working hard, as he's never been a hard worker. I tell the young man that this is a dream (I am lucid) and he says "no, this is reality." I tell him "how can this be reality if I'm flying?" and he says "no, you're standing." All of a sudden I'm standing on the ground and can't fly. I still know I'm dreaming but have lost my floating ability. I wonder if this is his dream or if he's psyched me out. I continued to walk along with him and talk, amazed at the insights about life he has, and I'm happy they're taking care of her. I wake up happy and somewhat relieved. I feel like this dream is significant, which is why I'm writing it down.

I'm pretty much sure, to be honest, that lucid dreams, dreams in general, and even experiences like OBE just as Robert Bruce teaches are actually manipulations of non-physical entities. They can be in a way treated as an alternative - more aware - experience in comparison to dreams. Just yesterday I also had a lucid dream which was very realistic: I was in a strange cave with a narrow path along a deep abbyss, in distance I saw 3 not big dogs. I didn't want them to see me, but they did see me, and I didn't want them to go in my direction, but one of them started to not only gaze at me but also started to go in my direction. I didn't want it so badly so I shaked my head and woke up in the next moment - I mean I shaked my head like for a purpose, like it was a magic trick which awakens me after doing that, which seemed very intriguing.

CFTraveler

That's a belief I don't share. Anything can be manipulated, but your dream is your dream, and the psychological aspects line up with waking reality in my life. But I see your point.
Anyway, yesterday's dream:
Recurring bird dream, with water.
I was at my old neighborhood, and had just escaped from a bad situation. I was in a neighbor's house (front porch) 3 doors up from mine. I found someone was washing ducklings in a washer on the roof of a house. I was taking the ducklings out of the washer and chastising who was doing it.
Then I looked downhill, and could see my house and the house next door (which had the washer up in the roof) going, flooded. All three houses had waterfalls coming down the roof of the three houses. I started yelling at the washing machine people to cut off the water, and I woke up. The birds were happy, flying away.

I see this is your normal dream journal, but I can't find anywhere your OBE journal or other users OBE journals as well. Can you post some links, I'm really interested in those. It no longer exists. I was trimming the forum and made a big miscalculation in the date selection and it deleted all of it. Luckily I had a partial backup and put some experiences in my facebook page. It really has nothing exciting, but it is something. Also unfortunately, it's spread out in a few entries. If you'd like I can link to what I have, but I promise you it's not interesting at all. From 2010 on the OBEs became very repetitive, and I think my dreams were more interesting. Which makes me glad to not have messed this one up, because I'm finding a lot of precognition in many of those dreams, that I didn't see when I was writing them down. In fact, I don't remember many of those dreams, if I hadn't written them down I wouldn't even know I pre-saw some things.

I will pass on that offer, as I don't use Facebook. Sometimes is better that experiences are boring or mundane, because not everyone can stomach some of the more bizarre ones, I'm talking from personal experience as one of my more higher experience gave me a PTSD and I'm grateful that the string of experiences in 2011 has ended, then and there, because results were alarming, real people have died but thankfully I jumped on my next journey, but shadows in closet cannot be forgotten. So maybe be grateful to have boring experiences because they can be a bliss. As for me let say I rather want to not see what I saw, but I cannot unseen it.
