This post is inspired by one of the posts on energy stimulation here. I decided to start in order to learn something new. I am afraid I know absolute nothing about energy stimulation. SO what exactly is it? Could someone guide me through the ABCs of energy stimulation please? I am sorry I am asking a too-basic question on these forums.

Fogged, have you read Robert's NEW - New energy ways (http://www.scribd.com/doc/2425218/NEW-ENERGY-WAYS-by-Robert-Bruce) - tutorial? It describes a way to stimulate the energy body. I suspect that's what you mean by energy stimulation.

I'll see if I can give it to you in brief.

Step one: Take the base joint on your right thumb (for instance). Imagine that there's a hypodermic needle ready to jab into it, or a gun pointed at it, or maybe a bee hovering over it. You get a point of focus that you can kind of feel.

Step two: Now, you can move this point of focus with your mind. I remember when I was first doing this, it moved very slowly, and hesitantly. Just to begin with, try moving it around on your thumb joint. Around in circles, for a minute or two. Keep your hand still, and just try to move that feeling.

Step three: You might be feeling something on that spot. Tingling, or pressure, or a feeling like when wind is blowing against your skin.

Did it work? As you practice, you'll be able to make the point of body awareness as big or small as you want, move it around your body quickly, move more than one of them, or even move them outside of your body. As you do it, the stronger sensations of the beginner will chill out a lot. Any more, when I push energy up and down my hand for a while, all I feel is a unique sort of mild tingling.
