has anyone got any good meditation techniques they use. i have one that helps me cut out all noises around me and bring my to my center inner silence.
i first breath in through my nose slowly right in to my belly very slowly intil i am fulll of air i breath out through my nose very slowly i do this 3 times then i bring my awarness to my right ear and just allow the noises to be and try not to label them. i then do my left ear then fade out noise bring my awareness to my inner noises which seems to drive out outer noise i come deeper into my inner awarness and noises i then listen to noises from my body going deeper past the heart listening to the sound of the heart or just aware of it then deeper to my center chakra my belly button and feel the enegy and tune into my center my inner silence you can then go up and down your chakras clearing them or just passing through them this brings me pretty deep and i am able to cut all background noise i just cant exit yet lol.
