NEW energy work

i dont know if anyone has purchased the new astral dynamics but in the new energy work section he has made a new tool called the energy ball. and im not sure how to start with this one, cause i have alwways used 2 dimensional tactile imaging like paint brush and wrapping, so any advice is greatly appreciated

The energy ball is a takeoff on the sponge. Remember sponging? If you have trouble 'feeling' an energy ball, use a sponge instead. The advantage of the ball is that when it comes to bouncing, it feels more 'natural' to bounce a ball than a sponge. But tactile-wise, it's just another tool.
