I see particles of light/vortexes everywhere, please help

I wanted to print any responses to send to natejourney, I am still trying to figure out how this works. He is in prison and sees particles of light, he sent me more information to print for responses, I am his fiance.
If anyone has information on this please send and explain rules of this website. I saw him today and he still sees these particles of lights and vortexs and I sent him all of Robert Bruces books. He has a great respect for Mr. Bruce and would like to know what he thinks.
