Ok so my story is that i had multiply OBEs in my life .

They all comes naturally to me. I had them since i was very young.

Its pretty cool since i have a lot of astral projections ( with the sensations and expirience pretty much as like yours , the thing about having stuff and then reading it from someone else expirence is pretty much awesome) and lucid dreams almost everyday !!

But there is one thing that worrys me.

Sometimes i have an expirence of very negative energy origination in a back of my posiotion of hearth chakra making me having unwilling OBE. Its like something was shooting me outside of my body deep far away.

I can stop with concentration of returning to body i used to get with multipies expirence of AP i get in my live.

My question is what can be a reason of such an expirience. Sometime is terryfieing.

This could be related to Astral Wind.

If you are relaxed at the time the astral wind arrives, this would give you the sense of being evicted or shot out of body.

I suggest you take control of this type of obe by making commands 'Take me back to my body!' and etc.

Affirmations and commands communicate with your higher self and this is particularly strong during OBE.
