yawning problem

Hey guys! I have a problem now with yawning. Any time I move energy to my throat or head (especially doing the full body circuit) it makes me yawn. Is this related to my throat chakra at all? It could just be physical, of course, but I think it happens whether I'm tired or not. If it is related to the throat chakra, would working on it specifically help this problem? It's very distracting and prevents me from storing all the energy that I gather for the full body circuit.

I think it's related to more than one chakra at the same time. The first one would be the brow chakra, because looking at someone who is yawning causes humans and dogs (and I think chimps) to yawn, to 'catch it', which involves that one. And then the throat chakra towards the back, close to the limbic system, which IIRC has something to do with this type of reflex.
I'd say experiment and see which area makes it happen for you. Or it may be you're just sleepy. :)
