Dear Robert,

I'd really appreciate your advice, please - I used to get o-o-b fairly regularly, in fact one of my most lucid trips was just a few days before I suffered an acute TIA (minor stroke) but since then I have been totally "stuck", & even my dreams are less lucid. I get vibes as if I'm lifting out, then just sink back down again. . . . I really find it depressing, as AP is one of the reasons that make (my) life worth living. I have completely recovered physically, & feel energetic again so I can't imagine it would have a physical cause. (The last person I could turn to for advice of this nature would be my neurologist!)

I would be so grateful for any light you can shed on the problem.

Many thanks & Best regards

G'day,

This lack of activity may be due to drugs you are taking.

I cannot see how a stroke in itself could cause this, if you have fully recovered. Something has changed...so its a matter of finding what this is and rectifying it.

I would also suggest more time be spent meditating and doing energy work.

Some altered state inducing sounds may help. My CD set, Mastering Astral Projection, is good for this. Also, the Journeys out of the body, hemi sync, are excellent.
