Second Astral Projection

This second time of mine was also from a lucid dream.

During the dream i felt my whole body go wierd and full of vibrations, then suddenely I was falling INTO my bed. down and beneath the bed. Then I saw through my closed eyelids to see my room, except I was stuck and didn't know what to do.

I kept hearing this odd wispering noise. anyone know what it is?

If you heard it before seperation it was hypnogogic imagery i think but if you heard it during the OBE i dont know.

Whispering sounds and the like during an OBE exit are likely just astral noise. Nothing about which to get alarmed.
