Is it really important to move your energy in a clockwise motion? Sometimes I feel as if i am looking out of my body, as if i were looking at a clock on a wall, but sometimes I see myself looking down on my body, as if the clock were resting on my body, and it moves in the opposite direction, and sometimes it flows in whichever circular direction it feels like. Will this mess anything up?

Also, I feel a bit dizzy after the brow chakra, and a bit of a headache...I read that a headache might occur, but has anyone experienced dizziness?

Thanks again for all you replies to my silly questions, I really appreciate it.

It doesn't have to be clockwise- do what seems to get it to flow.
I have brow chakra problems also, there are some topics about it in the Energy Work forum. Just do less brow work, use water element on the brow instead of the usual things you do, and don't do the trigger exercise. At least while your energy body develops.

This could just be my belief, but I've been doing energy work for years, and the direction of the circular motion in energy stimulation doesn't matter any more than the direction you mix your cake batter.
