We would like to know if you have any knowledge or thoughts about how a 'being' could maintain contact with those who are in physical bodies after final departure from her or his body (i.e., physical death) - or vice versa. In other words, would it be possible for a disembodied spirit to have communication with those still in physical bodies. Any suggestions or references to books or web sites would be appreciated.

G'day,

It is my opinion that the best way to have meaningful communication with deceased persons is through lucid dreaming, and OBE. You can also do this with clairvoyance.

by and large, the majority of deceased persons do not realize they have died. So communicating with loved ones is not a priority. This, especially so, because real life is often recreated around them, meaning their loved ones are there with them. These may be illusion copies, but this removes the desire to communicate.

There are countless ways the afterlife can transpire, but the basics are....

After physical death, persons are held in real time (like a powerful OBE) for a few weeks to a few months (variable). Then they move on into the next state. The astral body then falls asleep and dreams its life over and over. The astral body then exists in sleeping form in one of the astral rest areas. The dreaming occurs in the mental dimension. The illusion of life there is incredibly powerful, almost indistinguishable from physical reality. The biggest differences is the constant anomalies, which are designed to illustrate regularly that this is an illusion. This sleeping can be months or centuries.

The easiest time for contact is the first few months, while spirits are still in real time.
