My gf's possible OBE?

Ive been teaching my girlfriend about astral projection. Last night she said she had a dream where she projected and could see a fuzzy image of her body about 4 in. below her, then she woke up. She has not practiced yet or done any energy work.

Could this be a projection or just a dream?
