NEW visualizion question

I read somewhere and maybe it was in astral dynamics that when doing the tactile visualization its all about sense of touch and not visualizing the sight of it. I can visualize the touch sensations very well but I instinctively see a picture of it in my minds eye without even trying. Is this ok or does it defeat the objective? I think a lot of it has to do with having sight already. Its just too natural for me to see something in my minds eye.

It's ok to see something in your mind's eye, as long as it's not solely what you do to try to achieve the goal. But if you can feel the sensation in the correct place, it's perfectly ok to get a visual about it.
