Fantastic book in all regards. Adyashanti is a teacher in the Zen tradition, though he's American. He's very straightforward and well-spoken, not forceful but definitely no-nonsense. The topic of the book is spiritual awakening. This book has answered many of my questions, ones which I couldn't find an answer to elsewhere, and even answered some questions I didn't know I had.
I very much recommend this book if you're interested in the topic of spiritual awakening/enlightenment. I expect to read this many times, that's how good it is.
