I saw that in reference to the other one in Peru, and I don't think it was the same 'being'. This reminds me of 'Gumby' or something being hung on a string, while the other one has more of the movement of a bird walking in reverse, which is what I thought it was the first time I saw it. Interesting. I'd like the guy to have the video analyzed by some sort of expert.
Now, I saw the original video in spanish. This is another version.
