Some people say the brain grows bigger and causes the hair to fall out.

I am a fake bald man, as I shave (shameful look) but I live in hope that one day it will stop growing back.

I dislike hair on me. It looks great on other people.

If you can't fight it, embrace it. Get a razor and finish the job. Looks great. And so comfortable.

I wake up neat.....:)

They say if you're bald at the front it's because you're a great thinker and if you're bald at the back, you're a great lover. But, if you're bald all over? - You think you're a great lover.

"They", of course, is the pronoun of deflection.

My hubby is bald at front and top and has shaved the lot off for years. I, like the kids, particularly enjoy the feel of the stubble.

My father was also bald with a beard.

One day, when we were small, my father was taking an afternoon nap in his chair.

We borrowed mum's lipstick and drew a happy face on his head.

He woke up and went out. It was hours later that he finally worked out why everyone was chuckling.

He took it well.

We put pink nail polish on my dad's toenails while he slept. He went to the pub like that and didn't seem much bothered by it either. There's nothing quite like a bit of subversive fun when you're a little tacker.

I just opened an email with this in it and thought it was at least remotely connected:

I had my head shaved yesterday (for charity). I find that have a lot more grey than I realised (I had let the roots grow out in anticipation of the shave, and now all that's left is roots! LOL!). I don't feel any wiser or smarter yet, but I do feel a lot cooler, in the sense that I had to sleep with a cap on because my head was cold. ;)

Oh, one other thing is that, in Melbourne at least, nobody looks twice at a bald woman. I don't know if this would be true other places, but nobody really gave me much of a second glance except for a few kids who weren't quite sure what to make of the lady with almost no hair. :)

great story, thanks. I fwd'd it to a friend who really really really needs to read it.

Bald always looks weird when you first do it. It looks grey and unhealthy.

But, if you keep shaving it close and get a little sun, it soon tans and looks gorgeous.

However, if you are growing it back and are adventurous....

Grow it a quarter inch long and then bleach it white.

Wear large gold hooped ear rings.

Looks stunning if you do it right.

I might consider that, actually. I've thought that if my hair was actually all white (instead of a muddy grey), I'd wear it that way.

Eccentric is an understatement, when considering myself...

I love being me.

I have a problem with non eccentric people...they can be so dry and lifeless.

I consider normal to be 'weird'.

And sanity....well, just look at the world today...that's where normalness and sanity lead.

The teenagers are right, when they look at life and say 'this is bull♥♥♥♥'.
