This is an interesting article about Neurofeedback, a technique where computer equipment monitors the current composition of your brainwaves via electrodes. This is usually translated into an easy-to-understand picture which allows you to know when your brain is in a desirable state and when not - one example was a little bug that would either happily crawl around and eat or just sit idly around. This way you can learn how to achieve these desirable states more easily.
