I belive I recently had an astral projection but I would like some confirmation. So, last night in the middle of the night I found myself half asleep in bed. Like I woke up but not really. All of a sudden my astral body was swept sideways out of my phisical one. Almost like the wind took it. I don't really remember where i went except that I flew through space. I looked at my hands and they melted like you said they would. At one point I became more contious and remember the scream and return to my body so I did. I Know it seems like I obviously had an astral projection but when I woke up I had the feeling that It was actaully a dream. Is it possible that you can dream of having an astral projection? I have never succesfully projected so I dont know what its like maybe it just feels like that.
