Just curious to know wether you sun gaze or if you have in the past?

I've been watching some Hira Ratan Manek youtube lectures and its verry interesting.

I've done a little of this, but not enough to be able to comment further.

there has been some controversy over HRM. Some claims that he has been caught snacking, etc.

It is difficult to check on his claims of medical testing.

I would like to see him take one medical test with 48hrs under observation in a hospital. This would tell all.

A simple blood and urine test would also tell all.
