Magnetic Arms, Day 14

hey everyone! another question, when im doing the full body circuit, and i raise my arms above my head, and im moving the energy, i can move the energy and feel it, a little bit in the toes and such, but my arms seem to vibrate with energy, like around my arms, its like the energy around my arms vibrating back and forth, inwards and outwards, and it can be distracting when im trying to move the energy from the toes up to my fingers, any one know why my arms are doing that? anyway to prevent it? thanks!!

You might get some spontaneous energy movement when you start working with NEW on a systematic basis, especially at first. This will lessen the more you work with it. You might try doing some extra arm work to accelerate the process of getting rid of energy blockages.
