Sense of Vision

Hi, I don't know if this is the proper place to ask but I'm not sure where else I can get the answer. On your site, which is almost overwhelming with content, in a good way, there are the first few chapters of a book called Sense of Vision by Robert DeFord. I loved the first few chapter's and wondered how one might get a copy of the full book. I tried using the e-mail on the site but it doesn't seem to be working anymore.
