First off, I have searched through the forums to find a topic similar to mine to avoid asking a question that's already been answered so I apologize if I'm doing just that.
But on with the question!
I've just recently started the MAP energy awareness and stirring/brushing techniques on the thumb and toes and such and I feel like I haven't been very successful with them. I have no problem recreating the brushing sensations on my thumb or toes, and literally feeling it without actual contact. That part actually came easy. What I'm somewhat worried about is that I have yet to feel significant sensations that are stated in the book as signs of successful energy stimulation (Alliteration much? sorry. :] ) . The most significant feeling I have had so far while working on the exercises is a very slight tingling feeling in my toes, and warmth in my thumbs, and it was only one time. Is this really something I shouldn't worry about and continue on with the program? Or should I continue to work on the same week one exercises until I feel full fledged sensations?
