question about "ripping action"

i dont understand what i should imagine doing with the ripping action at the base primary center. Can someone please explain it using other words. Should i imagine ripping at the chakra area? or the chakra? thanks

Hi Arch,

The way I do it, is to imagine I'm grabbing the chakra by both sides with my awareness hands, and pulling outward as if to pull it apart. Of course you aren't actually tearing your chakra; your awareness hands will go through it, but it will be stimulated.
