Totem animals

Mr Bruce,

I've attracted a totem animal spirit, it seems to reflect my personality type, even though it also seems to be a seperate entity from myself. Something that has bothered me though - when I come under any sort of neg attact my totem animal also comes under the "line of fire" so to speak.

I'm not very advanced at sensing into whatever level of the astral my new friend resides in - but lately when I sense him there is a sort of strange haze blocking my perceptions of it. This worries me a bit, becuase normally I would recieve a perception of being greeted, and I only get this haze instead.

Can you give me any advice?
