Hello Mr. Robert Bruce.

I've been wondering wether we could use TI in order to stimulate certain cerebral circuits to obtain a certain goal. The brain stem, for example, is known to be responsable for several circuits responsible for our awake state. Is it wise to stimulate it with TI if one is too sleepy and wants to stay awake in a particular moment? (for example). Is it safe to stimulate certain brain circuits to achieve the goal they are biologically intended for?

Thanks.

edit by CF: TI as in tactile imaging?

G'day,

much of what you ask is as yet undertermined.

There is a lot of room for experimentation here,.

As far as we know, TI is safe to do inside and outside the physical body.

TI does not make you sleepy. It generally stimulates wakefulness, and will occasionally cause insomnia if overdone just prior to sleep.
