Alien Radio/TV Interception 1977

So, apparently there was an unidentified interception of radio/tv stations in the eighties of a voice claiming to be part of an intergalactic command and instructing humans to lay down their arms in order to evolve physically and spiritually as a race...or something.

Yeah... I found this through wiki-ing Ashtar Sheran which was on the same site as the huge Pleiadian text document.
