Hi everyone
I have been working with the MAP album for some time now (enjoyed it a lot!) and tried to master the skills teached.
It took me a few weeks to get my mind quiet and learn the energy work but knowing i won't achieve a OBE without them i didn't move on to the
exit-sessions prematurely. When i finally did try the nighttime session i relaxed easily and after about 35 minutes reached (i think) the mind awake body asleep state.
The only sensation i felt after some time was a slight sideways rocking sensation (beginning of the "famous" vibrations?). It came and faded a few times but didn't increase or change in any way.
My question now what to do next to induce the projection reflex?
