View Full Version : Holding breath during exit attempts...

I'm not exactly sure why I do this, but as the exit symptoms that Mr. Bruce describes (heart chakra strobe, et cetera) manifest, I tend to hold my breath. Believe me, it's not intentional. Does anyone have any advice on how to keep from doing this? Sometimes I try to sync my breathing up with each pull of the rope, which helps with the breath issue, but it seems like it's not fast enough to trigger an OBE. Thanks a bunch! :P

If you're conscious of your breath enough to get in the way of an exit attempt you're not in trance deep enough to be attempting exit techniques. Go back and do trance and energy body loosening techniques until you're almost ready to go to sleep. Then make yourself wake up and energy raise a little, then go on to exit techniques.
