Lost my ability to trance

I think I have lost my ability to enter trance.
No matter what I do I can hardly get into any deep or even light trance.
Relaxation, mind taming or even my mind machine with bineural beat seams to help.

Does anyone have some tips up their sleeve to easier achive trance.

But the funny thing is that later that night I did achive trance, I did a proper relaxation and I think it helped.

I felt myself being streched out towards the left side of the bed, and another part of me was expanding uppwards.
After a while I felt like I was a big as the room, but at the same time I was shrinking inwards.
So It felt like I had one big and small body at the same time.

Is this a typical trance experience or was the expanding some part of my astral body?

My biggest hurdle now is going from trance to obe, whenever I do this my body tense and the trance is broken.
I would appreciate some good links or info on how to do this :)

It is a symptom of already projecting, just not separating. I wouldn't say 'typical', but I'd say 'fairly occasional'.

hmm, aready projecting, interesting... so can I transfer my mind to my other body by focusing on that body maybe?

hmm, aready projecting, interesting... so can I transfer my mind to my other body by focusing on that body maybe? Some people do that- I just try to keep doing 'rope' until I force myself out. Try different things and see what will work.
