Hello,
I've just started doing the exercises in the NEW Energy Ways, and I've found that just the thought of doing the exercises causes that tingling/pressure, sometimes buzzing feeling in my limbs. For example, I'd start to focus on the left leg and I'd feel sensations in the right. I would have to consciously stop the flow/sensations in one of the areas, so I can focus on one at a time and do the lessons as written. Is this normal?

I've also found that I have tender muscles occasionally and I've not been doing any physical workout or exercises, so I'm thinking this is related to 'NEW'? I had previously (b4 NEW) been practicing drawing energy to prepare for psionic activity (making psiballs,which I haven't done yet, since I've decided to do the NEW exercises b4 going further with psi), so maybe this is connected to my experiences.

With NEW bouncing, you eventually start doing both limbs simultaneously. Your limbs are just responding well. This is called splitting awareness and is explained in the NEW tutorials.

Feedback appreciated. It is normal when starting out with energy work to get feelings of energy drain, and new energy work is sort of analogous to the sensation of 'starting like a workout'. So mild discomfort and even rashes when beginning are common. This will pass, but if you are very uncomfortable, you should cut down on your energy work.
