Kechari is in yoga, where you take your tongue and stick it behind the soft palate.

Do you have experience with this, and its effects on the energy body?

G'day,

I do not practice any traditional form of yoga, but this tongue position is known to me.

There are two big 'switches' if you like, in the head area. These are the tongue and the eyes.

Lifting the tongue to touch the soft part of the roof of the mouth, slightly back in the mouth, connects a major energy circuit.

Lifting your eyes to look at the middle of your brow, from behind closed eyes, is another.

Either of these actions can make a big difference, say if you are trying to induce an OBE and you get partial or patchy vibrations. Using these can instantly transform them to full whole body vibrations and precipitate an OBE exit.

The tongue position can also be used to drain excess energy from the head and mouth area, if this is a problem.
