Hi,
I found out that when I do the sponging exercice in the Full-Body Circuit, it works better when I imagine my legs (or arms) are a lead or plastic pipe and I push a big swab inside. Here's a picture to help you see what I mean. This way, I really feel a surge of energy going into my legs, and it's wonder to push past energy blocades. When I first tried it on a blocage I had on the left lap, it felt like a muscle pinched. After that, my legs were as responsive as ever.

Also, when stimulating the energy centers, after the stirring action, I found out another method. I imagine a straw(what we use to drink our cola) that pierce through the center of the chackra and expand to become a big cylinder. Most of the time, the greatest diameter is the size of the energy center itself. Just like that:
