hey everyone again :P im on day 60 (2/3 mile stone mark :D ). i just had a quick question on something i felt during todays session and yesterdays session. while in the trance stage and working on exit technique, the area around my base chakra would suddenly pulsate or feel like a quick muscle spasm. can anyone explain what that is?
