What effects has energy work had on your life in general?

I'm curious about what people here will have to say. I've kept a journal over most of the time I've been practicing energy work to chronicle what happens as well as to assist my memory. I'm wondering how energy work has extended into other parts of daily life for everyone. For me, it has increased my vitality quite a bit, and allowed me to have a better understanding of some of the other spiritual disciplines I've been practicing for some time now. I'd love to hear what it has done for everyone here :)

Let's see, I've had a reduction in chronic pain and an increase in most psychic phenomena (clairvoyance, clairaudience, etc.), a big increase in energy phenomena, and a big increase in mystical phenomena. Lately, I'm having an increase in synchronicities and things "falling into place" in interesting ways, too.

Hmmm.

I'd say the actual interest and intent has as big an impact. Synchronicities started way before energy work when I came across them in UFO literature, for example.

In general, the effects of energy work have been:

* Decreased stress.
* Reduction or elimination of chronic ailments.
* Different body awareness.
* Richer emotional experience.
* Several metaphysical experiences.
* A slight improvement in dream and OBE recall.
* Enabling bigger life style changes.
* Found the capability to heal others.
* Realised a certain empathic ability.
