My question is what are some options to correct perceptual confusion meaning wall of energetic confusion comes to full consciousness brought on by the practice of meditation and that means anytype of breathing technique. The deep breath is what brings on the confusion. The more I practice the more intense the confusion becomes. So I have to stop. What can I do?

You do not give enough clear information for me to provide a clear answer.

However, if breathing practices cause problems, reduce or stop doing them. Try something else.

Simply focus on observing your breathing. Nothing more. And you will fall into an altered state of consciousness.
