Channeling Love using the Rose Quarts

Hello People, I think I have found another good countermeasure once again. A wise woman that I visit is a good spiritualist. She gave me advice on using Love to fight entities. She is good at projecting love to negs. I'm asking to know. How to channel love energy from the universe using a rose quarts and project it at entities. I think it would be good to learn this. Any thoughts? :P

Well, I generally avoid negs and don't muck with them at all, but I send love all the time to people and I surround places and objects with love. It just takes a bit of practice. You could use rose quartz if you wanted to, but I don't personally think it's necessary (I do like rose quartz, and I'm wearing a rose quartz ring right now as a matter of fact, plus a tourmaline bracelet in multiple colours :)).

That article is specifically about unification (i.e., become one, realising oneness, etc.), but it gives a basic idea of how to project love. There's no reason the technique can't work against any entity, incarnate or otherwise, on this plane or astrally or anywhere else. In my direct experience, it's a technique worth cultivating.
