As I go through the energy exercvises I have noticed that my left side of my body is much more responsive than my right. Except my head. The right side of my head seems to be more responsive.

Now, the muscles in my right side are thicker and stronger while the muscles in my left side are leaner. I have also noted that almost all of the injuries I have are on the left side of my body.

Does energy tend to flow better through leaner muscles?

Does energy tend to flow better to injured areas?

Or could it be that ebergy just tends to flow better on one side of the body? Kind of like most people are either right handed or left handed?

It's commonly reported that one side allows easier energy work than the other. It is also commonly reported that one is more blocked than the other.

The main factor seems to be temperament, though. Are you more easily prone to anger or fear?

Energy runs much less to injured parts, whether acute or chronic problems, old or new problems. Energy however is more easily felt at the fringes of those areas as unimpeded energy flow causes very little sensation, while hitting a block or putting more energy through a "bottleneck area" causes more sensations. So the areas you feel energy strongest in might not be the "good ones".
