Tingles and numbness !

In my previous post, I was tired of not being able to sleep and having all this energy.I tried to exercise more to get rid of that energy but it had a strange effect.It got stronger ! Earlier today I felt tingles that tickled and then numbness in my lower back.Right now I feel that same energy I've felt before in my left side , half way between my waist and chest.I don't want to feed myself into a stuphor.Can anybody offer me some advice before I'll spend another sleepless night? Please!

Hi Niki, how are you doing? I see that you're having problems with the energy, sleeping and all...

Have you tried any grounding techniques? Yvonne Kason wrote a book called A Farther Shore where she describes different ways of grounding the excess energy. If you google her name and 'grounding' something helpful should come up.

I get all kinds of strange sensations from the energy, that is the nature of the process I'm afraid, but I find that they always pass, and some of them are really quite pleasent.
