This is in response to the question to Robert "Do I need to Worry?" viewtopic.php?f=28&t=10687 (http://forums.astraldynamics.com/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=10687) from Tombo.
I would say that if nothing bad has happened to you, if there have been no nightmares, scary happenings, or symptoms of anything 'not right', then you're fine. However, if you feel bad about it, there are a few things you can do to protect yourself and feel better.
You can meditate and ask your Higher Self to protect you and to contact this other person's higher self to cut energetic ties with her.
You can do the Ninja Meditation as many times as possible to make sure this person doesn't have any type of 'hold' on you. (The Ninja Meditation is stickied in the SD or SNA forum as "Cutting Ties" or something like that).
You can pray in whatever method you believe in, or do the LBRP.
You can shield (there is a shielding topic stickied in the above mentioned forums)
A salt bath is always good. I know it always makes me feel better.

The Ninja Meditation is the second one, the Cleansing Ritual (also a good one) is the first one.
