I have been following your energy work system for about a month now. I do energy work for approximatly 2-3 hours a day. I started with secondary work, Ive worked on blockages, I am not working on primarys. I am at the point where I can get all 7 primary centers to activcate to the point where they feel like they are spinning at extreme levels. I have had several brow center stobes, and 1 base center strobe. It is common for someone to have such strong feelings and strobes in such a short period of time? I have no physical pain while doing the work and I feel mentally and em otionally fine. I actually feel quite more energized in my daily life now. Let me know what you think please. Also, when im using every balls, more so in my brow they seem to want to move to the right. I have to focus to keep them centered, kind of like spunging energy and the ball always goes to the right condoit. Any suggestions on all of this? Thank you very much for your time, I am a HUGE fan!

Dear thekidheat: Robert has already answered your questions in his tutorials.
Did you mean "I am now working on primarys"? Because it doesn't make sense otherwise. Anyway, about this, Robert has said:
Strong energy movement sensations are primarily caused by resistance within the energy body. This is natural resistance, to an increased flow of energy through blocked or narrowed energy centres and circuitry. Many people, especially during the early stages of energy body development, will feel some very strong energy movement sensations indeed. These sensations will fluctuate from day to day, but will be found to gradually reduce in severity, as the energy body develops to handle the increased energetic flow.
It is a big but natural mistake, to measure energetic flow into the energy body, by the strength of sensations experienced. Always keep in mind, that energy movement sensations will always steadily decrease, as blockages are cleared and energetic resistance is reduced. Sensations must be expected to steadily reduce, and this must be looked upon as a sign of real progress. On that same note, some people can expect to feel only very mild energy movement sensations, even in the early days of learning the NEW system. This can be caused by them having naturally more well-developed energy body circuitry than average. Some energy movement sensation will, however, always be experienced unless acute and widespread energy body inactivity is present.

And about the tendency for your energy movement to change direction:
The exact location of sensations felt, when a primary centres is active will vary slightly - depending on what part of that centre (or petal) is active. He has also said (in the previous link) that the direction of the sensation has to do with resistance, and if resistance is strong in one area diverting the flow, to let it happen and continue, because the flow will increase and eventually clear the blockage if that's what causing the redirection.

I dont know if im correct or if CFTraveler is, but i think i know what he's talkig about. I get the same kind of problem. Its all mental in my case. My brain just sends it that way but if i refouse and tr to send it straight i can get it to go straight.
Im just putting this out there bc it just now happened to me as im typing this. Every now and then i hear this like sound wave. Kinda of like the waves from the BWG. It lasts on like 5 sec. It seems to be coming form my hallway i think but theres nothing outh there that would cause it. Any ideas?

JSJoSac I hear it too, when I'm sitting in front of the computer or when I'm relaxed in a silent setting. I have come to think that it may be my own brain throwing back at me what I hear a lot (the hum of the computer, the squeal of the alarm clock) like hypnagogics, but not quite, since I'm just relaxed (although I can go in a light trance easily).
I dont know if im correct or if CFTraveler is When did we disagree? :?
BTW I quoted Robert Bruce....

Ohh well im glad to hear someone else hear that too. (But could you elaborate a little more on what u think it is?) Im very interested to know.
But no we didn't disagree. To me it just sounded like he has the same problem i have. For instance, when i split my awareness in my legs and do some energy bouncing, it seems like 1 leg will be slower than the other and that they cant stay at the same speed, which makes it kind of difficult. But then i really have to focus and they will move in harmony with each other.

I do believe it's one of a few possible things: Either a 'memory' hypnagogic coming out of my own brain (although I'm not in a proper trance, but it only happens in a quiet or relaxed state), or I'm just getting it, sort of detecting it from the atmosphere (kind of like when you hear music in your mind and then turn on the radio and realize it's actually playing) or some sort of telepathy. The main reason that I think it may be a subltle hypnagogic (in a way the brain keeps replaying the same thing over and over again and you only hear it when there's no other 'real' noise) is that it happens for a cluster of time and then it wears off.
At this point I'm only guessing- even though it can last for days, even weeks, it hasn't happened lately so I have nothing to compare it with, sort of.

I have that 'problem' also, but I don't see it as a problem- from what I've learned about the energy body from hermetics, one side is 'fire' and the other side is 'water' so it follows there would be a difference in density flow- so I see it as an improvement on an already excellent process.

O i didn't know that thanks for the input. But im glad to hear it is an 'improvement'.
Thanks JS.
