Question on strange feeling...

I was doing Energy work. I activated all primary centers except brow and crown. The brow center was cramping very much. After I activated my 5 lower primary centers, I started meditation. All of the sudden all my primary centers stopped buzzing, and my brow center cramped alot more. It seems like everything stopped. Does anyone know what this is?? Also about a minute before that happened, I had a brow strobe. Thanks!

IIRC, Robert writes that if you have exceeded the amount of (extra) energy a chakra can handle, it can flare of extra energy. I think strobes are also a sign of development happening.

Cramping in the energy body is usually a sign of blockage. Maybe your energy work worked your brow, and then the brow strobed off? I can only guess, sorry. :)
