Decided the other day to take another check that it's not the regular
heart beating. Simplest is the best, and this is how to verify it.

Another thing is that it this time felt like a ("sub wave" "pulsing in a
wave"). Felt it out trough the back and front, and even when laying on
back it felt like I was sitting in a 45% angle, but visual laying down.
No falling sensations in other words.
1. laying on the side in a sleep position
2. About 10 sweeps of awareness clockwise from first person view; that
way --->>>
3. chakra starts, moving to back position it feels like sitting
4. checking pulse to verify that rapid pulse is not the physical heart
