Dear Alex,

These things happen at unexpected times in my experience and will continue to happen at unexpected times as long as we are working on improving who we are. Don't think and does not seem to require ritual practices or the like. There are so many ways and avenues for us to improve ourselves. I think the big thing is to be comfortable in the way we chose and always stay connected and deeply caring of and compassionate to others.
