I'm just try to do energy work (NEW system)
so far i'm sucsessful trying moving body awareness, i'm trying to do energy raise, but after doing that for a while i'm allways get sleepy and like tired. Did i do something wrong?

i'm doing energy raise with activate awarenes fromm foot, than with inhale breath try to raise energy to the head, and at the exhale breath, flow the energy from head to navel storage.

thx before.

No, that is always to be expected when you start energy work. You will at first feel tired and need more sleep. Then your ebody will adjust, and you'll bounce back, and feel energized. But exhaustion is common with starting this type of stuff.

thx before. Sponge energy in your feet, then up your legs, then up the torso in the back until you get to the top of your head. Use sponging and brushing to do this so you feel the energy going through these parts. Then on the top of your head, imagine someone threw a bucket of water down the front of your head, down your face, all the way down your belly, and imagine the "water" going into the spot about 2 inches (what, 4 cms?) below your navel and going in, being absorbed.
Do this as many times as you need until you feel good and relaxed, and if you need to, time the inbreath as energy moving up, and the outbreath as energy moving down and in.
Hope this helps.
